"To be honest, the best thing at this resort is probably the hotel staff. The general condition of the hotel/resort is very poor, very run down. Rust is present everywhere. Abundant falling leaves on the property grounds. Tiles in and around the pools are peeling off. These indicate lack of proper care and maintenance. "Hotel is clean and big. It is a good place to stay if you are looking for a quite, serene and large living space. This is my second time staying at this property. As one of the guests could not make it for the trjp as she was not fit for flying and had to be hospitalised, the hotel refused to make exceptions for amendments to the booking for the emergency situation. It doesn't hurt to show some empathy."
