Expedia listed this property with Free Breakfast, a gym and a spa - and NONE were true. The staff did get us a free breakfast as I showed the Expedia itinerary several times. We were charged 50 Bhat for a second pillow as my husband always uses two. There was only 1 free water bottle for two of us. The grounds were beautiful.

Goof location next to the river kwai. Well kept property with clean rooms. No elevator to the upper (third) floors. Hot water is only luke warm. Definitely not warm enough for using the bath tub as some other reviewers also noted. Breakfast is ok with many varieties but food was not kept warm. Restaurant staff showed limited interest in serving customers even when there were fewer than 10 people during breakfast time.

Great hotel, Grey room, great amenities, and great staff. 5 stars also to Rose in the restaurant SHE IS A SWEETHEART my daughter loved her as she was really looking to make my daughter happy. Also great breakfast buffet with many options and the front desk staff is very welcoming. Centrally located.

"Stayed on a weekday and arrived just before 8pm. To find out that all facilities other than registration were closed. No food. No bar no pool. And there are no restaurants nearby Would have been nice to know that during the week the place is generally empty and they don’t provide food and beverage ..."
