"Pros: Stunning area of London & beautiful decor and dining areas. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Cons: If you have accessibility issues, the standard rooms are located at the end of a labyrinth of hallways and stairs- this is just the nature of the building. For the same reason, if you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring ear plugs or blast a sound machine at night- you can hear quite a bit from the hallway and from the exterior. The standard room is tight- even for carry-ons....

I asked for some extra towels and this was not a problem and the kind man on reception brought them up to the room within ten minutes.
