Lovely quiet spot. Immaculately clean. Friendly welcome

Immer wieder gerne!

Wir waren jetzt schon das zweite Mal in diesem Haus. Es war beide Male wunderschön. Matteo ist ein toller Gastgeber. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und liegt sehr ruhig. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines en famille et nous avons adoré l'endroit. Matteo et Fabio (son père) sont extrêmement gentils et serviables. Ils nous ont aidé, sans hésiter, pour des questions qui dépassaient de loin leur activité d'hôtes. La maison est charmante. On s'y sent vraiment bien. On y est au calme. La vue est superbe. Nous avons eu la visite d'une biche dans le jardin quand nous nous relaxions sur les transats. La propreté est irréprochable. Matteo et Fabio nous ont apporté du linge propre (serviettes et draps) toutes les semaines. C'est l'une de mes meilleures locations de vacance . Je la recommande sans hésiter.

Traumhaftes Ambiente aber nicht alleine

Das Objekt und die Lage sind sensationell, Toskana pur. Man ist in kurzer Zeit an allen interessanten Orten. Matteo ist ein toller Gastgeber, alles hat problemlos geklappt. Die Kommunikation ist im Bedarfsfall schnell und unkompliziert. Allerdings kommt aus der Objektbeschreibung nicht klar genug heraus, dass in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft auf dem gleichen Grundstück noch ein an Feriengäste vermietetes Haus steht. Die Sitzplätze beider Objekte sind nur 3-4 Meter auseinander, nur von ein paar Büschen getrennt. Wer also Anschluss sucht, findet ihn hier. Wer gebucht hat, um den Aufenthalt entspannt und alleine zu genießen, muss etwas Glück mit seinen Nachbarn haben. Wir hatten dieses Glück weitgehend, man sollte es aber wissen.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus, traumhafte Landschaft und Stille

Wir waren total zufrieden mit allem! Alles im Haus ist mit viel Liebe und Sorgfalt gestaltet - mal abgesehen von dem phantastischen Blick in die toskanische Weite und der der Stille! Matteo und Fabio sind sehr aufmerksame und liebevolle Gastgeber! Danke! Einziges Manko: man hätte wissen müssen, dass eines der beiden Schlafzimmer zum Treppenhaus bzw. der Küche offen und somit akustisch nicht abgetrennt ist.

Wir haben jeden Moment dieses wunderbaren Aufenthalts in diesem Traumhaus genossen

Wir können dieses Haus absolut empfehlen! Die Lage ist ideal um einerseits die Toskana zu entdecken (viele Orte sind in etwa einer Stunde zu erreichen), andererseits ist das Haus bestens dazu geeignet um vom Alltag abzuschalten, die Natur und die schöne Landschaft zu genießen. Es befindet sich am Ende einer Sackgasse (problemlos befahrbar), liegt privat und trotzdem nur wenige Fahrminuten vom hübschen Palaia (dort gibt es alles für den Alltagsbedarf und eine tolle gastronomische Auswahl) entfernt. Das Haus wurde wirklich mit Liebe renoviert, ist perfekt sauber, hochwertig und geschmackvoll ausgestattet und einfach ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen - drinnen wie draußen. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht und hat vor allem nicht den Charme einer "typischen Ferienwohnung mit Ikea-Ausstattung", sondern sehr individuell und gewählt. Äußerst freundlicher Empfang, Einweisung in das Haus und beste Betreuung und Erreichbarkeit des Besitzers während des gesamten Aufenthalts. Herzlichen Dank Matteo! PS. Die hier teilweise erwähnten Erfahrungen bezüglich der Insekten kann ich absolut NICHT bestätigen. Solange man - wie auf dem Land üblich - nur die Fenster mit Fliegengitter (alle Fenster sind damit ausgestattet) öffnet, gab es bei unserem Aufenthalt überhaupt kein Problem, weder mit Mücken noch anderen Insekten.

proprietari estremamente attenti ed ospitali il posto e isolato in mezzo alle campagne toscane con 1/2 ora o 1 ora di strada puoi visitare le citta toscane e il mare a sud di livorno che risulta molto bello

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Haus liegt auf dem Land ca. 30 bis 40 Minuten von Pisa entfernt. Vom Flughafen dort ist es einfach zu erreichen und bietet eine gute Ausgangslage für Besuche in Florenz, Lucca, St. Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa und andere hübsche Orte in der Umgebung. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und liegt zusammen mit einem weiteren Ferienhaus etwas abseits vom eigentlichen Ort Partino. Es ist durch eine Stichstraße, bei uns fast ein Feldweg, leicht zu erreichen. Hier hat man seine Ruhe und einen herrlichen Blick von der Terrasse über Weinberge und Felder der Toskana. Traumhaft. Der Kontakt mit Matteo war freundlich und unkompliziert.

Sehr schöne Lage

Gut: Netter Vermieter, der ab und zu vorbeikommt, um etwas im Nebenhaus zu arbeiten Terrasse mit schönem Ausblick Ordentlich sortierte Küche mit Gasgrill Schöner Eßbereich Gemütlicher Wohnbereich mit 2 Sofas Doppelbett mit riesiger Steppdecke Sehr ruhige Lage, es kommen nur sehr selten Autos vorbei, da es sich um das letzte Haus an der Straße handelt. Ab und zu kommen nur Feldarbeiter vorbei (Olivenhaine und Weinfelder). Wunderbare Sonnenaufgänge vorne und Sonnenuntergänge hinten Großer Parkplatz mit reichlich Rangierfläche Kurzer Weg vom Parkplatz zum Haus WLAN-Geschwindigkeit einigermaßen ok Weniger gut: Viele Insekten im Haus (Käfer, Falter, Stechmücken (!!!) trotz Fliegengitter in allen Fenstern. Uns haben die Käfer nicht gestört, aber es gibt bestimmt empfindlichere Menschen. Die Stechmücken inklusive Tigermücken waren allerdings eine wahre Plage, vor allem im Schlafzimmer, also reichlich in Autan baden!

Spacious rural house for four.

A very lovingly decorated and furnished house, immaculately kept with nice terrasse with good view of Tuscan countryside. Very friendly owners. Suited us very well. Lots of interest nearby and Pisa and the coast east to get to. Note: open staircase with no banister would not be suitable for young children.

Charming house in typical tuscany landscape!

We spent 2 wonderfull weeks in this pretty house, wich is very lovingly decorated and furnished. Mattheo and Fabio were wonderfull and friendly hosts, and they were very bothered to give us a good time. The village is awesome and it`s perfectly situated to visit all the hotspots like Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and even the seaside. We spent wonderfull holidays here and we will always remember it well. Thanks to Mattheo and Fabio, kind regards, Susanne und Peter

Traumhaft

Inmitten von Weinbergen und Olivenhainen liegt das geschmackvoll eingerichtete und frisch renovierte Haus von Matteo und Fabio, die uns herzlich und warm mit einer Flasche Biowein und weiteren kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten empfangen haben haben. Obwohl das Haus ruhig und abgeschieden liegt, sind Palaia und Forcoli (Supermarkt) nahe gelegen und beliebte Ausflugsziele wie Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, Florenz oder San Gimignano ebenfalls schnell erreicht. Zwei Terrassen, davon immer eine im Schatten, ein Gefrierschrank und schnelles WLAN ließen uns den Aufenthalt im Hochsommer genießen. Unsere Tipps: Restaurant Pastecceria Ferretti in Peccioli und die Gelateria C‘era una volta in Pontedera Sehenswert, aber leider nicht zugänglich, die geheimnisvolle verlassene alte Stadt Villa Saletta.

Lovely Tuscan cottage

We left our lovely holiday cottage yesterday, having spent a wonderful week in Partino. The house was just as the photos and information on the Home Away website had led us to believe - cosy, comfortable and full of rustic charm with many quirky and interesting objects creating a house full of personality. It was perfectly equipped for our needs and provided an excellent base for exploring the area, although on a couple of days we just 'stayed at home' enjoying the peace and tranquility and lovely views from the terrace. Matteo was very helpful prior to our arrival, responding very promptly to any questions we had, and his father Fabio gave us a very warm welcome on arrival. There are so many places to visit - we certainly didn't get around to seeing as many as we could have done. So much better not to rush around, but to take things slowly and drink in the beauty of Tuscany and it's lovely villages, countryside and towns. San Mineato, a short drive away was a lovely hilltop town and for a slightly longer drive ( about an hour), San Gimignano and Volterra are both magnificent - but allow plenty of time to really enjoy all they have to offer. There are so many unexpected and charming things to see in wandering around the little back streets. Florence, Pisa and Lucca are also about an hour's drive away too. If you have never been to Tuscany before - come! This wasn't our first visit and it won't be our last. And we most certainly would return to Partino.

Leuk Toscaans huisje.

De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en gastvrij. Het huisje is leuk ingericht en netjes. De ligging is geweldig en je kunt leuke uitstapjes van daaruit ondernemen. Verder is het huisje ,ook niet onbelangrijk, goed geisoleerd en daarom ook bij hoge temperaturen blijft het er aangenaam ook in de slaapkamers. Leuk huisje dus en een echte aanrader voor diegene die een rustige omgeving opzoekt.

A perfect holiday destination

We spent two wonderful weeks in this pretty house. It is very cosy and individually furnished and has everything you need. Nothing was missing. The location is simply fantastic - in the middle of the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Every morning we enjoyed the wonderful view we had from the terrace. And it was very quiet, only the sounds of nature could be heard. An idyll! We made a lot of trips: To Pisa, Florence, Siena, Lucca, San Gimignano, Viareggio, ... - easy to reach by car. Also the beach was easy to reach. Matteo and his father Fabio are very charming people and took good care of us. The communication before and during our stay was very good. We got many tips for nearby restaurants and places to visit. It was hard for us to leave. We really fell in love with the house and the surrounding area.

We had a fantastic time thanks to our host Matteo and his beautiful beautiful place!

We had a great time in Tuscany and enjoyed the quit and far out holiday home! As we stayed there in November we where very happy about the central heating which was quite necessary during some days. Our host Matteo is very friendly and helpful and he makes shure that things run smoothly! The home was equipped very well for our little family and electricity, water and heating was included which was fantastic too! We had a wonderful time in beautiful Tuscany and wish we will be lucky enough to enjoy Matteos holiday home in the near future when it gets warmer again! Thank you so much, Matteo and best Regards to your father too!

La maison du bonheur en Toscane!

Charmante maison au coeur de la campagne Toscane. Paysages et village magnifiques. La maison située au milieu des vignes et des oliviers est décorée avec goût. Très bien équipée et d'une propreté irréprochable. Idéalement placée pour visiter la Toscane. Propriétaires aux petits soins, disponibles et attentionnés. On ne regrette qu'une chose, ne pas être restés plus longtemps!

Ein niedliches Haus, sehr ruhig gelegen, von Olivenbäumen umgeben. Es wird Wein angebaut.

Ein Ort zur Erholung, aber auch einige schöne Ausflugsziele sind gut erreichbar.

Super Unterkunft

Das Häuschen ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Es liegt mitten in einer typischen Toskana-Landschaft mit sehr schönem Ausblick. Wer es fast einsam mag, weit weg vom Urlaubstrubel, ist hier genau richtig. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Perfect house ..... Perfect location.

The house is in a beautiful location, very peaceful and perfectly situated for visiting all that Tuscany has to offer, or just relaxing, the terrace has absolutely stunning views. The interior of the house is full of character and is equipped with everything you could need, our father and son hosts were very friendly and most helpful. The local area is charming with plentiful shops and different places to eat. Overall a great place to stay, we had a great time, and would recommend a stay at this property to anyone.

Very comfortable well equipped home away from home

Superbly located for peace and relaxation yet within easy distance of major cities and all the local sights. The views from the terrace are stunning. Parking is on site and secure. Matteo and Fabio are very accommodating and helpful and speak very good English. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Suitable property for good or bad weather as it is spacious and well equipped inside and out. All in all a great experience and would recommend.

Very, very nice!

We spent in wonderful week in the tuscany. Everything was perfect, the house, the garden, the nature arround it, Palaia is beatiful, the food, a.s.o. We were very glad that we found such a beautiful house to stay in tuscany! Thank you!
