apartment recently renovated, in a small residence with six apartments. a parking space is reserved for you in the residence. two bedrooms with two double beds, in the living room a double sofa bed. a bathroom with shower. separate wc. kitchen open to the dining room with: ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher. living room with flat screen TV. a large bedroom with wardrobe. washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hi-fi system, free internet connection (wifi). sheets are provided. very pleasant apartment to live in. if the apartment is not rented by the week, I rent it by the night (minimum 2 nights), contact me for availability and prices. The apartment is classified three stars, the tourist tax is therefore 1.65 eur per adult per night. A 50eur package is required for cleaning.
I ask for a deposit of six hundred euros, if you pay it to me by check I will return it to you at the end of your stay

vue imprenable confort très bien équipé
le propriétaire est très accueillant, l'appartement est largement assez grand super bien equipé, la terrasse grande on peut y manger à six et surtout la vue magnifique. Je conseille fortement cette location et j'y retourner avec plaisirs; Merci Mr Christol.

Un merveilleux séjour en bord de mer
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans la location de Jean-Yves, où la vie est douce ! La vue est incroyable. Les repas sur la terrasse en bord de mer nous manquent déjà ! Le logement est idéalement situé, face à la mer, avec une place pour garer la voiture. L'appartement est propre, fonctionnel et confortable. (Peut-être pas jusqu'à employer le mot "moderne" comme stipulé dans l'annonce.) Jean-Yves est très sympathique, arrangeant et disponible (il travaille juste à côté). Seul regret, certains équipements nous ont un peu manqué lors du séjour : quelques ustensiles pour cuisiner (maryse, mixeur plongeant), au moins quelques serviettes, lit bébé ou lit parapluie (des amis nous en ont prêté un mais Jean-Yves s'apprêtait à s'en procurer un si nous ne trouvions pas une solution). Quelques essentiels pour la plage seraient également un super plus ! (parasol, quelques jeux/seaux, etc...) Nous avons hâte de revenir, À bientôt ! Jean-Luc & Claire

L'appartement bénéficie d'une localisation incroyable, avec la plage au bout de la terrasse. Il offre tout le nécessaire pour passer une bonne semaine de vacances. Nous le recommandons les yeux fermés

Vacances tranquille au pied de la plage
On a passé des super vacances dans l'appartement bien fonctionnel et bien équipé, bien propre pas loin de palavas on peut se rendre a pied ou par la navette où il y plein de choses à voir Il y aussi une petite supérette pas loin pour faire des petites courses Accueil sympathique par le propriétaire Et en plus le soleil été au rendez-vous et la plage bien calme pas trop de monde .
