"Lovely quiet resort right on the beachfront. The beach is very clean and clear. You are able to snorkel straight off the beach. There also is a small boat to hire. Delicious food at reasonable prices and fantastic sunsets. The accommodation is basic but clean and comfortable. Only cold water available, but not an issue in the heat. The room had a fan which was enough to keep cool at night. Lovely place. Highly recommended. "

"This property suited our needs perfectly. It’s right on the water and right in the center of El Nido. It’s right next to restaurants, tour information, and a convenience store, plus an easy area to grab a trike. The only complaint I have is that the rooms are all adjoining so it was a bit loud if you have neighbors. We could hear the rooms next door TV all night. Otherwise it had exactly what we needed and the staff was SO nice and caring. "

I love the location because it's peaceful and quiet but it has some disadvantages; the location is quite far from the city and if youre travelling with senior citizen do not book the second floor(that was my mistake) because it's a struggle for them to climb the stairs but they loved the view upstairs. "The resort really takes care of you making you feel like home. As an American I was happy to have a breakfast included that fit my tastes. Every morning the employees were eager to please with smiles. They offered a land tour that is full of adventure! Highly recommend"

"Simple, but clean and comfortable. We booked a little room with bunk beds but we actually slept together in the bottom bunk, no problem at all! Has a nice nautical theme running through the guest house. Aircon is cold, shower is hot if you want it. Off road parking for bikes right outside. Susan, the owner, very friendly. Right price, which seems to be a rarity in the Philippines, so all good."

"All good, just troubles with check in - they let me wait until 2 pm saying that it is the time that the check in starts even though everywhere is written that it starts at 1 pm, very confusing and annoying to let you wait even though the room was already supposed to be ready!! No compensation for all the useless waiting kn the heat "

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The only issue I encountered was front desk not being able to remagnetize my keycard to my room which was an inconvenience. I was told that the keycards were locked in a safe somewhere and only accessible by management. In my opinion, that was the most ludicrous thing I’ve ever heard. I’ve stayed at many hotels across the world and never had I heard such an excuse. One last complaint… The breakfast buffet was disgusting and clearly ownership is trying to cut corners financially. Not a good look for a beachside hotel. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Mansion Buenavista in El Nido, where the warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The service was exceptional with attentive staff (special shoutout to Mimi) who went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Another highlight was the amazing breakfast choices and Filipino food for dinner. Overall, the tour, massage, transfers, and other services such as laundry at this place was worth it. Thank you to Noud and all the staff at Mansion Buenavista!"

"I like a lot the beach and the position, the care and attention by the working team and the excursions to the nearby islands that I believe it is a must should you are getting there from far away. The restaurant is a bit expensive compare to shore ones (but it is also an island and logistic cost) and the excursions are a bit expensive but they were private ones and we really had a good time and enjoyed them all."
