All was perfect except the shower area which gets the whole floor wet after showering. Should install a sliding door to prevent water from splashing into the other toilet area.

Room with a View of a Wall

Ordered two rooms with view but only got one room with actual view, the other got a view of a wall. Overall the hotel looks new, clean and close to a couple of brand new shopping center. The breakfast buffet was also quite good with a lot of different food to choose from. The pickup from the airport was okay but a bit pricey, should've went for online transportation instead.

Nice hotel

Hotel is good, staff friendly, room is comfort and clean. The location is very good. In front of hotel is transmart, one of the biggest hypermart in indonesia. You can buy anything there. A lot of restaurant around this hotel. The unfortunate thing is gym only have a little bit gym equipment.

Great Hotel

Santika Hotel Palembang is very near to go anywhere else in the city of Palembang. Surrounded by many street food and a mall. The room it self was clean, restaurant taste are 5 stars. Great services as well from their staff. The most great was its wifi is super duper fast.

Very unsecured and feel not safety. You must park the car beside hotel and even hotel property parking ( dirty, waste and trash everywhere ), you have to pay money to local gangsters​ at hotel parking.

Not Bad for a new hotel

Overall all our stay was great, just that they need to improve on a few things as its a brand new hotel. -We kept on getting locked out for some reason even though we stayed for two nights. - It was a hassle as they have two cards for cleaning and DND sign to hang on your door. - Breakfast selection was great lots to choose from. - For the price and the rating of the the hotel, they could have add in additional massage or spa service at least. Overall beds were amazing, it is really value for money. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Palembang
