"The lodge was amazing. The rooms were huge and very very spacious, including the bathrooms. Extremely clean and the mattress and pillows were the most comfortable ones I’ve ever come across in a hotel room. The staff was very friendly and warm. Unfortunately they were shutting down for business and I was apparently the last guest to checkout! I wish they’d keep it running. I’d go back to the catskills just to stay there!"

It was the first we’d gathered the two sides of the family together in a long while, and the house was both big enough to never feel like we were on top of each other and cozy enough that we spent plenty of time together enjoying each other’s company as we all hoped we would.
