When we arrived, they did not open the door. Did not answer my calls. Had to find another place to stay. As regards to parking, there is none. Is located in a busy area. Avoid at all costs!

Do not go there
I do not know what to say. You should not let them work with you. It’s a joke. 3 rooms? It’s not an hotel by any standards. We used to be hotel owners. It was just horrible. And they do not speak a word of English. How can they even think about work with tourists. We had to pay 45 Euros to get to a shilled room. No heating. No toilet did not work. No service at all.

Foram atenciosos na receção, rápidos a responder a dúvidas pelo whatsapp. Quarto limpo e espaçoso. A 10 minutos a pé da catedral. Estacionamento perto e sem parquímetro. Funciona num terceiro andar sem elevador.

Stanza fatiscente . La porta di ingresso e quella del bagno larghe poco piu che due cellulari in orizzontale. Materasso a molle pessimo con i punti da materassaio fermati col metallo. Telecomando tv non funzionante. Bagno con box doccia rotto privo di una parete, aspiratore non funzionante piastrellatura con buchi rimediati con tessuto. Mobiletto bagno lercio dentro e non ripulito nonostante le mie lamentele. What else?

Pessima struttura
Una volta giunti alla struttura, ci hanno informato di un problema nella nostra stanza e ci hanno proposto un'altra sistemazione presso un diverso edificio. Questo secondo alloggio si trovava al piano terra, ma purtroppo presentava un forte odore sgradevole e scarsa ventilazione. Dopo aver espresso alcune lamentele, ci hanno offerto un'altra alternativa al primo piano, che, seppur leggermente migliore, continuava a soffrire di problemi di odore e aveva anche il lavandino del bagno otturato. Leggendo le recensioni di altri ospiti, abbiamo notato che questa pratica di cambiare sistemazione è un evento frequente in questa struttura.

Si è vero che c'era scritto su hotels.com che era al terzo piano senza ascensore ma non era scritto che lo scarico del bagno non funzionava in maniera corretta che i lavandini moderni erano solo appoggiati e non fissati alla mensola che si sentiva una leggera puzza di fogna che forse era meglio togliere qualche quadro e mettere uno specchio togliere qualche mobile malandato e sistemare il terzo letto in maniera diversa buona la mega tv e le luci colorate a intermittenza per i lussuriosi per la colazione: considerato che a due passi hai una delle migliori pasticcerie di palermo visitata da turisti che provengono da ogni dove, dici all'assistente che si occupa delle colazioni di passare in pasticceria e prendere una decina di cornetti, è inutile affollare il tavolo e le mensole della sala con prodotti da discount di bassa qualità, stesso discorso vale per il pane, è inutile usare e tostare quello insapore del supermercato quando palermo abbonda di ottimi panifici la posizione è buona nonostante che quando arrivi con il taxi anche il conducente ti fa: " eh con tutti i bb del centro ... " alla fine basta aprire la finestra per accorgerti che sei dietro palazzo ducale e con due passi sei in pieno centro finale, nel complesso è andata bene con qualche accorgimento può andare meglio

Marco una persona stupenda, sempre disponibile. La struttura è un palazzone antico con i suoi limiti, ovviamente. I proprietari stanno ristrutturando un po alla volta ,rendendolo in stile medioevale. Molto particolare. La pulizia buona. Letti comodi. Servizio colazione servito in terrazzo. Prezzo giusto.

Hotel molto particolare
Bellissimo e particolarissimo hotel arredato all'interno di un appartamento con temi tutti legati ai Cavalieri della Tavola Rotonda. La camera è piccola ma confortevole, con un letto grande, un bagno pulito e anche un piccolo scrittoio d'appoggio. Molto carina la colazione inclusa sul terrazzo, peccato però che inizi troppo tardi (8.30) e che in due giorni ho trovato qualche incosistenza nel modo in cui veniva servita. L'hotel è appena fuori dal centro storico, che si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi. Si può raggiungere anche via treno, la stazione è a 10 minuti di cammino, anche se è un po' difficile localizzarlo.

Insomma...
Parto dal dire che il proprietario si è dimostrato gentilissimo e molto premuroso pur senza vederci di persona. Della colazione non posso parlarne non avendola fatta ma dell'ambiente e della pulizia si e devo dire che si possono migliorare. La scelta dello stile è di assoluta libertà del proprietario ma una volta deciso che taglio dare, metterci un po' di qualità nell'arredo al posto dell'armadietto Ikea e dei finti stracci al muro si poteva fare. La pulizia da migliorare, gli asciugamani puzzavano di sporco prima di essere usati e in bagno avevo la compagnia di un paio di blatte. Peccato veramente dare un voto non positivo ad una persona così cortese e disponibile
