The host is a very nice man, speaks english well! He asks and gives you all information you need about Palermo, food, customs, tickets.. And serves you free breakfast every morning. Bathroom is privat, but unfortunatelly not always in the sleeping room.

Beautifully renovated and carefully mainted apartment. Very friendly, helpful and communicative host. Excellent air conditioning in the bedroom. Comfortable bed. Quiet house, close to Liberta str bus stops. If you want to cook for yourself, good to notice that there is a fridge and micro, but no kitchen for guests with dish washing facilities.

Highly recommended! The experience is really amazing. From a typical southern Italy family, my friend appreciated the fab traditional decorations in the shared space once entering the living room. The room is spacious with two beds. The neighbourhood is quiet. Everything is clean and well equipped. Gabriele also suggested a very nice dinner place for us which was very delicious! We will be back when visiting Palermo again :)

Gabriele is the most amazing and accommodating host! Five stars from us ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ He welcomed us personally at the property, check in went smoothly, and gave us personal recommendations for dinner. He also helped us find parking nearby and suggested several local attractions in Palermo. In the morning, Gabriele served us a cozy breakfast and we had a lovely time chatting with him about the Palermitan/Sicilian culture. We had a very enjoyable stay here! 😊 If you want to feel like you're staying in someone's home, stay at Grabriele's Olivarooms ❤️ Best regards, Naomi & Frederik

Appartamento grande, arredato con i bei mobili vintage della Nonna. Una passeggiata di 20 minuti porta in centro che è raggiungibile anche con i mezzi pubblici. Vicino al porto. La camera silenziosa e come il bagno pulitissima Gabriele ,l'host, gentilissimo e disponibile:ci ha fatto sentire di famiglia.

Tutto benissimo, abbiamo finalmente dormito bene, camera silenziosa e buia di notte. La pulizia, il bagno e i servizi al TOP. Grazie anche per la cortesia e i consigli. Unica cosa negativa il materasso non era comodissimo.

The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They have a small dining area where coffee and pastries are complimentary, as well as a refrigerator with a shelf for you. Very beautiful building !
