"This was a nice place to stay. The rooms are clean and fairly comfortable. The bed could have been more comfortable but was not the worst. The restaurant next door served delicious, creative dishes. Unfortunately, when we checked in, we had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to arrive to let us check in, around 6pm. This was not communicated well so we stood outside waiting in the cold for most of that time. They did provide us a late checkout as an apology but it just started the stay off...

"Overall it was a good stay. The room was clean, but very dated. The breakfast was underwhelming, coffee, juice, apples and a waffle maker. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was nice and hot with great water pressure. I would definitely stay hear again, next time I’m in Oroville."

"I usually don’t stay in Oroville when I come to visit family, but since my mother was in the ICU at Oroville Hospital I wanted to be closer. The Villa accepts pets. 20 a night per pet is excessive though. Places on the higher end are usually $10 a night and cap at $50 (if they charge at all). If there is a next time I’ll make sure to bring my pet’s ESA certificate. The place was quiet. The parking lot is mostly enclosed.
