Super nice duplex located at the heart of Palm Beach Gardens, Close to shopping Plaza,​ numerous Beaches, New Full Kitchen with Fridge ,Microwave , Stove & More. Free WIFI & cable tv Very quiet and safe neighborhood. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need while staying here.The apartment will be yours with a private entrance and patio right outside the front door, I will have parking in the front.

(and it is important to note that there is a train in close proximity . HOWEVER WE HAVE RECENTLY INSTALLED IMPACT-SOUND PROOF WINDOWS THAT HAVE DRASTICALLY REDUCED THE SOUND OF THE TRAIN PASSING BY . IT IS FOR THE MOST PART INAUDIBLE ONE INSIDE AND DOES NOT CAUSE ANY DISTURBANCE .)

If you’re looking for hole in the wall stay here
I stayed at this property from April 2nd to 8th. It was the worst place I have ever stayed. This property is not. worth your time or money. It had one pro- it was clean but the cons spoke louder. -kitchen is small - [ ] Only 2 small pots - [ ] No dishwasher (listing lied) - [ ] Kitchen trash can had no lid - [ ] Bathroom extremely small - [ ] Old and rusted trash can - [ ] 1/2 bathroom in the bedroom is very very very small. The sink is extremely tiny. No elbow room to wash your face or brush your teeth. - [ ] The washer and dryer is old and not up to standard. No light in the laundry hole. Door to outside in the laundry space. - [ ] In bedroom #1- only like 10 channels on the television - [ ] Mattress lumpy - [ ] Furniture old and raggedy - [ ] Closet has no light - [ ] Few electrical outlets throughout - [ ] Television in room #1 has 10 channels - [ ] Room #2 two twin beds (listing lied) - [ ] Mattress lumpy and uncomfortable - [ ] Television continually cuts off every 5 minutes searching for signal - [ ] Old raggedy table to eat on - [ ] Home is clean but not inviting - [ ] Front door look like someone broke into the apartment - [ ] Outdoor table was filthy - [ ] 1 broken chair - [ ] Outside lighting facing parking flickered intermittently - [ ] The train was a huge annoyance and the house vibrated day and night. The windows are not soundproof as listed. - [ ] If you are looking for a place for a single traveler, then consider. This is not for family - [ ] If you are okay with staying in the dumps then consider.

EXCELLENT....with one exception
Very clean and exceptionally well appointed with everything the long term traveler needs for a comfortable place to call home. A freight train track is close. Excellent Host.
