The house is conveniently located less than 12 min drive to Juno Beach Park (free parking, restrooms, showers, picnic area), Roger Dean Stadium, FITTEAM Ballpark & Paley Institute. It is also only 15 mins from downtown West Palm Beach and 12 miles from West Palm Beach Airport. The neighborhood is very safe and family friendly, consists mostly of single family houses. The nearby Downtown shops and restaurants are wonderful. Complimentary valet parking during the week, beautiful shops, a lot of restaurants, lots of parking spaces, nighttime entertainment, nice movie theatre, carousel and train rides for kids, and a big Whole Foods. Our property offers a gas grill for your enjoyment, perfect for outdoor cooking. Please note, guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after each use and before check-out. If the grill is not cleaned to a satisfactory standard, a cleaning fee of $150 will be deducted from the deposit. The same policy applies to the kitchen oven.
