To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we kindly request that only registered guests, up to a total of 14 including visitors, are allowed on the property. This includes overnight and day visitors, with a maximum of 4 vehicles. Visitors require prior written approval.
The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home, but you're welcome to smoke outside while responsibly disposing of cigarette butts. If you intend to bring pets, pre-approval is also required.
We ask that guests respect our neighbors, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
We appreciate your understanding and compliance with our house rules, which are in place to maintain a harmonious environment for all.
In the event that HOUSE RULE(S) are breached, regrettably, we will consider it a cancellation of your booking. This will result in the termination of your stay, with all guests being required to leave the property immediately. Please note that we will not be obligated to provide any refunds for fees already paid. Furthermore, if the maximum occupancy is exceeded, you will incur additional charges for each guest beyond the number originally specified in your reservation.
