Plus, bring your boat, RV, or camper—the home offers side parking with a 50Amp electric hook up. Optional pool heating is available for $287 per week or $200 per week for extended stays.

Sleeping Quarters:
Master Suite: A serene oasis with a King-size bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite luxury bathroom featuring double vanities and a large walk-in shower. Smart TV. Blackout Curtains.

Second Bedroom: Features a Queen-size bed and shares a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination with the third bedroom. Smart TV. Blackout curtains.

Kids’ Quarters: Designed with little ones in mind, this room includes two bunk beds and a large Smart TV for entertainment.

Outdoor Living:
Relax and entertain in the beautifully landscaped outdoor space. Dine al fresco at the table for six, fire up the gas grill for a barbecue, or gather around the fire pit on cooler evenings. The brand-new heated pool is perfect for a refreshing dip any time of year.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the home, the private fenced yard, and the in-ground heated pool. A complimentary golf cart is provided for easy trips to the beach.

We loved our stay. The location and proximity to the beach was perfect. The golf cart was a terrific addition. Our kids played tennis and pickle ball every evening under the lights. We loved the walking trails through the beautiful nature preserve. We walked every day! The hosts were incredible. They were so responsive when we encountered two very minor issues. We will stay here again!

We absolutely loved this house near the beach on Florida’s Atlantic coast. The highlights were the heated pool, golf cart, and proximity to the beach. We would definitely return in warmer weather to spend even more time at the beach!

House was as advertised. Well equipped. Golf cart was great. Very clean (except there may be the beginnings of mold in master shower which is understandable given the location. Just want to have you check it out.) Maybe have a full length mirror somewhere and suggestions for fog friendly restaurants near by.

The house itself was charming and well-appointed. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The surrounding area is beautiful with welcoming neighbors & beautiful scenery. A short walk or ride down the street led us to the beach, and amazing sun rises! It was also pet friendly & my little pupper felt very at home.

We spent Thanksgiving week in Palm Coast to visit family, and we were beyond impressed with this property. The house is even more spacious than the photos suggest, offering plenty of room for relaxation. It was beautifully furnished with thoughtful touches throughout, including a coffee bar, laundry supplies, a grill, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need. The addition of the golf cart was a wonderful perk, making it easy and fun to get to the beach. While we didn't have the chance to use the pool, it looked inviting and well-maintained. Alina, the host, was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. We would love to return and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

We had 6 adults, 2 infants and a dog stay and we had more than enough room. This was a perfect location with just a short drive down the road to park a car or the golf cart right at the beach access. The yard was perfect for my dog and the pool was a huge bonus! We would definitely stay again!!

We had a great time at Aqua Pearl. It was clean and nicely decorated- perfect for the beach. The pool was great; our granddaughter loved it! Having use of the golf cart was icing on the cake! Beach access is so convenient!

This is the second time in less than a year that we’ve stayed at this amazing property. It is truly a home away from home, very clean, quiet, and in close proximity to activities and restaurants. We have stayed in several properties along this coast and this was definitely a favorite! No one was ready to leave. The pool was perfect and the close proximity to the beach was great. Our family is too big for everybody to fit on the golf cart but it worked out perfectly. The beach gear rode in the car the with me and the kids took the cart with dad and mom’s car isn’t full of sand. Management quickly addressed any problems we had and communications were quick and easy. We definitely hope to return!!

Very clean. Loved how we could park our boat on the side of the house. No road noise and the yard was fenced in for our little dogs. We used the boat ramp one minute down the street with the children’s playground being totally under the trees for shade. Great location.

Peaceful, clean, beautiful property! Owners very prompt in responding to any needs. Close to the beach, marina, restaurants, parks. Lovely pool out back. We enjoyed the golf cart, although we did have some issues with the batteries. Owners responsive in providing remedy to problems. Beautiful beachy decor! We would love to stay again!

Absolutely loved our time at the Aqua Pearl! We stayed with our four kids (teens/pre-teen) and our pup and there was something to do for everyone. First, the property is just simply relaxing and beautiful. Everything you need is there for you. We enjoyed easy daily walks to the beach and around the neighborhood, the golf cart quick trips down there as well! Secondly, Neighbors were friendly! The location provided was an easy drive to everything we wanted see and do while we were there, including a day in Orlando, St. Augustine and even Cape Canaveral. Restaurants and groceries are an easy and short drive away! It was so hard to leave this vacation! Lastly, the property was clean and well-equipped for us to cook our own meals and to relax on the pool or front porch.

Felt bigger than it looks in the pictures. Very nice home, well equipped, and close enough to the beach (about 15 min walk with the dogs). There is a side gate and hook up for an RV (as mentioned in listing) but it seemed impossible to get an RV in there with the road construction and plants in the yard. We have a travel van (class b) and could not maneuver in. Otherwise, everything was great and the host was very attentive to our needs. The golf cart was an excellent, added convenience for quick trips to the beach. Would definitely stay again!
