"Stayed while in town for a funeral. House was big enough. Location was fantastic. Accommodations and furniture were lacking. What little furniture was there was very uncomfortable and cheaply made. Couches were futons. Mattresses were very very thin. All were too short for my tall family. Table and chairs only sat 4 comfortable and didn’t seem safe to sit on. Extra chairs were only folding chairs. Get some new comfortable furniture and this place will be perfect. "

"This is a great house...it isn't janky or beat up like some. They set you up with a starter kit for everything... Your shampoo conditioner, soap paper towels, extra trash bags, dishwasher pods.I would gladly come back to this house.The beds were also very comfortable, Imeathey're going to like memory phone."

"The property was lovely and there was room for all 10 of us. The bunk area is open and attached to the kitchen area. We had to be especially quiet when the little ones went to bed. The living areas were very spacious and the proximity to the beach was wonderful. We also enjoyed the Cinnamon Beach Resort Pools. "My family and I stayed for a week at this property over the New Year Holiday. The lanai and view of the canal was my favorite part of this house. I didn’t want to leave. The home was comfortable, had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We stopped at nearby Washington Oaks park and it was beautiful, also Bay Park Drive offers a beautiful stretch of beach and clean bathrooms.
