Middle of the Coachella Valley. you have full use of the well appointed Marriott Resort. Perfect location for golf, shopping on El Paseo and in close proximity to the Indian Wells, Tennis Garden. This is the home of the ATP 2025 BNP Paribus Open.

VRBO Renter Incentives:
2 bottles of Red Wine and 2 Bottles of White Wine will be in the unit for your use for each week.
A gift certificate of $200.00 will be in your unit for use on a night out at Corktree Restaurant which is within walking distance if you desire, for each week.
Property is available in (2) weekly rentals. Either or both weeks may be rented in 7 nigh stays. March 3-10 and March 10-17. Nightly price is 750 per night in both cases.
