Just a block from El Paseo with shopping, restaurants and art galleries this lovely 12 unit complex is in an ideal location. You can walk to El Paseo, Westfield Mall, the market at college of the desert, hiking, golf and pickle ball courts. The complex has a beautiful pool area with hot tub and sauna as well as a barbecue area. The condo is two bedroom and two bathroom,tastefully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace for cool evenings, two patios, barbecue, etc

Casa Mia is the best!
Our stay at Cindy’s property could not have been better! Beautiful condo, very clean, comfortable, well supplied & in the best location, walkable to the shops & restaurants along El Paseo. Winter Vacation
Property is in excellent condition condition and very clean. Location is very good. Only down side is it is somewhat noisy because it is close to a busy hwy. Unit is very close to the pool, hot tub and sauna They are rarely crowded. Owner is excellent. She has more than enough items in the unit. She also is very helpful if needed TV has lots to choose from.
