OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The private, resort-style yard is designed for ultimate relaxation. Enjoy a heated pool with waterfall spa, fire pit lounge, and mountain views. Choose from multiple seating areas, BBQ on the grill, or dine alfresco under the covered patio. Play croquet or bocce in the side yard, and relax under string lights for magical nights.

** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. If you home has a spa or hot tub, heating the spa is included with your rental at no extra cost **

Great Place!

Perfect Amenities for Friends
Our group of six kept busy and active with all that was offered on the property! Pool, Ping Pong, Cards on the patio, Fireside Chats, Hot tub relaxing, and a great kitchen/dining space to cook nice meals! Looking forward to next year's visit!

We gathered with a few friends for hiking and other fun stops in Palm Springs. Home was clean and conveniently located to city and airport. Loved being able to relax in pool after a long hike. Great communication from ACME. Will definitely stay here again

The house was perfect for a weekend get away. There was plenty of grass for the dogs to run around, and the patio provided PERFECT shade during the day. The house also maintained a cool temperature better than any home I've ever rented in Palm Springs from other companies. Would come back again and again!

Fantastic
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at No Reservations ACME property! It was a seamless check in and out process and everything was super clean when we arrived. All our questions were answered promptly over text. My children, ages 7 and 10, never wanted to leave the heated pool or the house! Beds were very comfortable.

Fabulous Property…highly recommend
The Acme company and property were both outstanding. This house is as pictured….extremely clean…well decorated and with all the essentials needed for a great visit and all appliances worked perfectly. A great location between airport and the downtown area. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Pool, hot tub and fire pit are perfect additions and just becomes an extension of the living space. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to rent again on a future visit to PS.

Lovely property
We stayed at the Desert Park Estates as a family of 4 adults and had a fabulous time. The house is beautifully decorated and everything is clean and well kept. The hot tub was not heating when we arrived but Acme sent someone out quickly to remedy the situation. Outdoors was well-maintained with lots of comfortable seating. We enjoyed games and pool time, and an easy drive to downtown Palm Springs! We will stay with Acme again!

Awesome home
This place is perfect. Super clean, beautifully decorated, great beds, lots of towels, all the kitchen stuff you would ever need. Pool is small but still really great. My wife and daughter loved laying in the sun poolside. We will Definitely be back. This is the best home we have stayed at in the Palm Springs area. One note: Bring some spices with you if you intend to cook or grill while here. There is only salt and pepper provided.

Great long weekend getaway
This property was exactly as pictured. It was clean and well appointed. The tanning shelf was an unexpected highlight and we enjoyed having ample outdoor seating options in shade or full sun. The kitchen and bathrooms were all well stocked and the other amenities (ping pong & fire pit) were definitely bonuses. The only 2 negatives (and they are very minor): There is no door to the main suite bathroom which is strange and the TVs do not have HDMI ports, so we couldn't use our own streaming device that we brought with us. But again, not a huge deal. We loved staying here and would absolutely book this property again.

Nice family getaway
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A really nice home. Well maintained. Grocery store near by to stock the fridge. Enough space for two families. We had 4 adults and 2 toddlers. No rafts for little ones, so you’ll have to bring those. The master bedroom is lovely but no door on the bathroom. The toilet is far enough in the bathroom to not be seen but it’s still weird and maybe not ideal for a couples first getaway ha. Our only disappointment was we thought there would be measuring cups, measuring spoons and a pan sheet as basic cooking items in an Anthony Bourdain inspired home but we had to go buy those. Maybe check with the property manager on what they have before you go! Other than that, it was really great. Highly recommend and would definitely go back. Can’t comment on surrounding nightlife. Never left the house!

Had a wonderful stay and experience. The home looked just like the pictures provided. Located in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to all we needed. The only negative was that we were unable to play music outside. Seemed a bit of a miss when the planes flew overhead.

We stayed the first week in February. The weather was nice mid to upper 60’s.
What a welcome! We flew in early evening. on the way to the house;I received a call from the manager if everything was to our satisfaction. We informed them we were just pulling up and would let them know if issues. Lights were on music playing fireplace on TV! It definitely made us feel appreciated. We spent every evening in the hot tub! Jumped in the pool a few times. We had one day upper 70s so we spent most of the day at the house. Your guide book helped with any questions we had. We were concerned about the noise ordinance. We are talkers and enjoy a lot of laughter. But we were fine! Thank you for taking such good care of the home and us. Food recommendation Shanghai Reds! Fabulous catch of the day, coconut shrimp, fish tacos. Highly recommend! We enjoyed Box Canyon, Joshua tree national park,road trip to Idyllwild! If we ever get back to Palm Springs we would rent from this management company again!

I planned to cook most of our meals during our stay. It needs a small pantry! I had to purchase s&p basic herbs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The size of the house was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. We had our space yet it was small enough to keep an eye on everyone. The pool was a little small with the shelf but it fit our needs. We did have to call to get the pool cleaned since at times it would get so windy. The mgmt company was very helpful and sent someone over. We would definitely stay here again but might search for a bigger pool next time.

Sparkling Clean
Our family loved this house and we’ve never stayed in a cleaner home than this one! The layout was great, the furniture was all high end and just really well set up. The pool cleaner came 2x per week and you can even request it more regularly if it gets bad (it can get pretty windy/dusty). Kitchen was well stocked and we didn’t run out of any supplies during our week stay. Things I loved most about this property were the washer/dryer, pet and kid friendly, completely enclosed back yard and the tanning deck in the pool (great for kids who can’t swim).
