Staff were attentive and friendly. The room and bathroom were large and clean. No dresser and only one suitcase rack was an issue. We could hear EVERY footstep above us, noise from adjoining rooms and all the outside noise created by guests. It was very child friendly, but not the relaxing experience I come to Palm Springs for. If you choose to stay here, request the 3rd floor.

The hotel looks nice with some recent updates. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There was hiking nearby within one mile. Be sure to try the Rooster and the Pig restaurant as well as the Desert Moon just across the parking lot. Both were fantastic.

Far enough away from downtown PS for quiet, but close enough to enjoy the vibe of downtown with a short walk. Nice common areas for lounging; attentive and friendly staff.

Great location easy walk by restaurants & shopping. Service was simi friendly except for one of the staff members that was not happy with his job when we were checking in! We got there 30 min. early before check in and had to wait, we were fine then got texted that our room was ready, went upstairs to change and they had also given our room to another guest, yes he walked in while we were changing! Following day our door was left open after cleaning it. Unsure if we would stay here again!

The front desk staff was very friendly and answered all of our many questions! We would definitely stay here again if we're ever in the area. The bathroom and vanity area were clean and plenty of room. The room meet all our needs.

The location is great, the pool is decent, and the staff was friendly. However, I would not stay here again simply because of their key/lock system. Instead of a regular key, guests are given a code used for the gates into the property and rooms. It’s a total nightmare! It often takes several tries to get the door to take the code. I saw and heard other frustrated guests typing in codes repeatedly upon returning to their room late at night. Our group joked that the doors just open for 1/5 attempts regardless of the codes. When explaining the situation to the friendly front desk person they said “sometimes it needs a few tries” with a shrug and grimace. Fair enough, but I sure as hell won’t be trying this place again.

The hotel was old days inn I think that they gave A face lift. Parking lot was in poor shape. The beds were comfortable and decent low budget remodel. Color choices were not great. But was clean and quiet. The location itself was in strip mall like area. However, super close walking distance to everything. For a budget hotel it was solid place to stay and staff was friendly. Also well automated for tech oriented folks.

Older property, updated wonderful clean loved it. Was at Pismo Beach nite before and shower was just like it. Had floor that was not carpet that was beautiful. Loved a real small old fashion refrigerator that was large enough to hold your food and ice box in it, that hotel that was on beach you could not even put to go box in it with no ice box in it. Old fashion coffee maker., so cute.Was on main street. Had air and heat that you could you easily , at other place froze till finally figured it out. Plenty of towels . 2 pools and 2 hot tubs. Would go back without a question.

I had a bad experience with the access code to room. I was not able to open the door with the code provided and had to try several times until it worked. The last morning, I got locked out of the room and had to wait for staff to open it. The staff advised that they had a known issue with some of the rooms.
