Overall, for the price, my stay was perfectly fine. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and helpful. It was convenient to have a monorail stop on site. My only disappointments were that half the Fulton Street Food Court options never seemed to be open, and the bed sheets felt like sandpaper. Works great for a solo traveler visiting for work.

Everything was great from check in to check out, just need them to clean the rooms a little better. Dust balls behind the tv stand night stand and head board. Gave my allergies hell

The property is in a convenient location and the online check in and check out was efficient. The room was is need of serious repair. Most of the lights were coming out of their bases, the sheets were stained and torn and strangely enough, we couldn’t get cold water in the room, only hot.
