2nd visit to Acapulco hotel, and looking to book another, as I had such a pleasant stay. Room was pleasant and the lighting was good. TV had several English channels as well as German Italian and Austrian. Food was excellent, with a great deal of choice. Entertainment was reasonable but not to travel for. Indoor pool quite small but warm, with a Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, but don't forget that people don't bother with costumes when using the sauna etc here, it's quite accepted. Parking near the hotel is difficult, even in November, I don't think I'd try in high season. Bus (25) to Palma over the road takes max 30 minutes and costs 2 euro, some terminate by cathedral (Placa reina) or others go round the inner ring road (avenidas?) to Placa de espana. Airport bus stops very close too, but I think that is 5 euro.

IndoorPool, it was open from 7:30 to 19:00 when I was there.

Wonderful Stay 5☆

We had a wonderful stay at the Grupotel Acapulco the service/staff are excellent .. friendly, helpful & very profesional. We had a side facing room with partial sea view & lovely balcony The food was delicious with so much choice. We look forward to a return visit as soon as possible. The only negatives were .. the room was rather small for a superior grade room & the hotel don't supply quality bathroom products ( shampoo conditioner etc) But everything else was perfect for us.

The location of this property was fantastic - just a short walk in either direction to lots of restaurants and bars, and the beach directly opposite. The pool area was lovely and very relaxing. Our room was quite a small corner room right by the elevator, so we were woken up most mornings by noise from guests and the cleaners. Because our room was so small, our heads were right by the wall so this was quite disturbing for us. We would stay here again but would request a bigger room further away from the elevator.

Leider hatten wir nicht so ein Glück mit unserem direkten Meerblickzimmer. Was aus unserer Sicht gefühlt ein Zimmer mit eingeschränkten Meerblick in der 1 Etage war. Uns wurde freundlich und zuvorkommend angeboten, 2 Tage später nach einem anderen Zimmer zu fragen, wir wollten dann aber 2 Tage vor der Abreise nicht wieder umziehen und ob das geklappt hätte wäre eh fraglich, weil das Hotel ausgebucht war. Der Service und auch das Frühstück waren sehr gut. Wir würden es dennoch nicht wieder buchen, weil die Zimmer uns viel zu klein und auch dazu sehr hellörig sind. Das zu ziehen der Gardine oder Gespärche vom Nachbar sind ohne Probleme zu hören. Wir sind da aber auch sehr empfindlich, dass muss man dazu sagen, aber nach jeder Bettbewegung der Nachbarn um spätestens 6:30 Uhr war an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken. vor der Abreise nicht wieder umziehen, weil die

Der Aufenthalt war mittelmäßig. Das Personal, vor allem im Restaurant und an der Bar, war oft ruppig und unmotiviert. Alles musste immer sehr schnell gehen. Frühstück und Abendessen waren in Ordnung. Nach deutschem Maßstab eher ein 3 Sterne Hotel. Sauberkeit war ebenfalls soweit in Ordnung. Die Aussicht aufs Meer war sehr schön und die Lage direkt am Strand ebenfalls.
