Hotel was clean and generally quiet, its in a busy area with night clubs and bars so there was some noise but nothing that got in the way of sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in an area which seems to be very popular with German visitors so youll hear very little English spoken, not a bad thing given youre in a non-english spraking country. The transport links were good, with the airport bus and city bus stopping 200m from the hotel. Food options were pretty good, with varied evening options and a decent breakfast every day.

Friendly staff, plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner. Room was very clean. It was a bit far from Palma - 25 minutes on the bus, which stops just around the corner from the hotel, as does the A2 airport bus.

Loved everything about this hotel especially for first time trip to Spain - room was a great size, comfortable, and clean, half-board breakfast and dinner were delish, convenient location, and superb staff who were all perfectly hospitable!!!

Very clean property and the staff was amazing. Room set up was great. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and really liked the layout. The hotel is so close to the beach in a lively area. Or you can take a bus / 15-20 min cab ride to La Palma. You won’t get bored!

As an extra short notice holiday this was perfect. Reduced crowds enabled us to see the sights and visit locations that otherwise would be challenging logistically in high season. Can't pick the weather which was changeable however there was enough good weather to make the whole experience enjoyable

Fab hotel Clean and tidy A short taxi ride from the airport and regular bus service to palma. The food was exceptional massive choice and often something different every day. The hotel is a short walk to the beach and has a pool. No gym or spa. There seemed to be a lot of drunk germans about though

Excellent

Really lovely staff - on reception and in the restaurant and bars. I checked-in really late and out really early with no problem at all. Housekeeping great too - did the room while I was at breakfast. Loved the buffets. Great location for the beach - you get some party goers but I quite liked that atmosphere and i never lost any sleep from them. Less than 10 minutes and €20 to the airport, less than an hour and €2 to palma city - and the bus stop is nearby too.

I loved the stay at the hotel; the staff was welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. However, the only downside was the location of the smoking section, which was positioned right in front of the main entry door. Every time the doors opened, the cigarette smoke wafted directly into the lobby, making the air unpleasant for non-smokers. It would be great if the hotel could relocate the smoking area to a spot farther away from the entrance to enhance the overall experience for guests.

Amazing hotel, very clean with lovely rooms. Our stay was half-board and the food was fantastic with buffet style service, could eat as much as you wanted! The dining staff were lovely and very attentive. Compliments must go to the chefs! Cleaning service was great with friendly housemaid staff. A special thank-you to the housemaid who arranged for an extra pillow after I had asked the reception three times with no joy. Should have gone straight to the housemaid. Only downsides were the hotel next door could be a bit noisy but our stay was during Euro 24 so this could have been a factor. Also no iron available as stated in the hotel room information. On the whole 10 out of 10!

We liked how close this is to the airport and the rooms were overall comfortable. We didn't like that if you purchase the plan that includes dinner, you are forced to buy drinks with your meal, even water, and you will be reprimanded if u try to bring your own. This should have been comveyed at check in so we were caught off guard when we went to dinner, THEN found out this little detail. There is nothing at the restaurant entrance that says no drinks either. It was just awkward. Next time, we'll eat elsewhere to avoid the hassle.

Lovely and quiet place
