The location of the apartment is very good, it is in one of the most sought-after areas of the city. This studio in the old town of Palma de Mallorca, is part of a 3-story building, next to the church of Santa Creu and the Es Baluard museum. The building has been restored preserving the characteristic details, thus combining technology and modernity. "La Llotja" or Lonja is the name of both an emblematic medieval building, an old product exchange, and the neighborhood where it is located. In recent years, it has experienced a great social and economic boost. In the heart of the Gothic quarter of Palma de Mallorca, it is currently a cosmopolitan area of great vitality with numerous restaurants and cocktail bars.

"Il monolocale è molto co...

"Il monolocale è molto confortevole e pulito. Esso si trova in una posizione ottimale, infatti è tutto facilmente raggiungibile (market, negozi, ristoranti, bus etc...) ed è a due passi dal porto e dal centro città! Locale piccolo, ma dotato di TUTTi i comfort, quindi perfetto per una vacanza con i fiocchi. "
