"First time in Palma de Mallorca and first time at this hotel, and honestly, a wonderful experience.
The room was super comfortable, quiet, spotlessly clean, and the service impeccable.
Breakfast exceeded expectations, and the staff was friendly and courteous.
The common areas were spacious, clean, and fresh.
I booked a car through a company they suggested, and for a truly reasonable price, they didn't even ask for a credit card.
I requested a taxi for 4:00 AM, and it was right on time.
What can I say?
I can't wait to return.

"The hotel is lovely clean and modern. The room was basic but was a good size and had a nice balcony. We had a small kitchen and fridge which was useful. We had come to relax and were a little apprehensive we had booked a party hotel given the proximity to Magaluf , but had no issues. There was some noise from neighbours on balconies in the evenings, but nothing after midnight which was fine by us. We had a great stay and the area was perfect. Beautiful beaches and so many nice restaurants to choose from. I would stay again and recommend to others! "

"30s couple - We were quite concerned about where we might stay when visiting what is quite a lively place in Mallorca. We couldn't have been more pleased with the stay here at Ponent Mar. Every last detail was well thought out. The breakfast was the best buffet I've ever seen. Even things like the gym and the spa were very well polished and put together, everything brand new and high spec. The restaurant serve great food, all the staff were very friendly and couldn't help anymore.
