Great hotel, some staff issues

The hotel offered a very good room - comfortable, clean, spacious, good WiFi and small kitchenette. The check-in with Bruno was very friendly and efficient, but the experiences with other hotel staff were not so good. The breakfast staff in particular were neither friendly nor helpful (even resisting the idea of refilling the scrambled eggs with more than half an hour still left for breakfast) and they were very poor at clearing tables - we watched many guests walk in to see empty tables but filled with dirty plates, and no sign of the staff. This aside, the hotel has much to offer and the price is very reasonable - they just need some staff with smiles and a bit more customer-service thinking.

Ficamos no quarto Jalapão que é construído de conteiner por isso é muito pequeno e o banheiro não tem ventilação e as paredes estáva com algumas ferrugens e arranhados que dá um aspecto de sujo. O chuveiro fica quase em cima do vaso.
