The space
Upstairs:
Enjoy couched seating for six in a living area with an awesome view of the local mountain ranges. Close the light-blocking shades and behold your favorite media on a 4k 55" Roku SmartTV. Relax in the master bedroom which includes a king-sized bed, the secondary bedroom with a queen-sized bed, or the kids' room with two twin-sized beds, a crib, and a changing table.
Huge back yard with a hill topped with raspberry bushes and a fire pit. Looking up past the crown of the house from atop the hill will take your breath away.
BBQ on the deck with a table and couple-chair set.
For our younger guests, toys and books for children and youth are provided with a decent variety of board games.
Downstairs:
The space contains one bedroom, one living area, a full bathroom, and a unique garage setup we call the Garage-Lounge.
The bedroom comes with a Queen bed (clothing storage at the foot of the bed), a closet with hangers, a 54 inch 4K HD Roku TV, and an electric fireplace. The television works nicely with a few missing / white pixels near the top of the screen. The fireplace is mainly for aesthetic and, though functionally hot, not necessary to keep the room / suite warm.
The living space contains the futon (which extends into a twin sized sleeping area), a dining space with a table and four chairs, and a full kitchen. Also available for use are an air fryer, toaster, microwave, stove, refrigerator (with freezer), coffee with coffeemaker, and more.
The bathroom has a washer and dryer and a large bathtub / shower.
The Garage-Lounge contains two reclining chairs and a small shared side table for drinks or small items. Ideally, you could lounge in the garage with the door open (during late Spring and Summer only) and enjoy being outside without actually being "outside". The garage is not used for vehicle storage and air quality is decent with the door open. We only ask that if it's raining, snowing, or windy that the garage door remain closed.
Guest access
Guests have access to the main floor of the house via keypad entry at the front door, or through keypad entry via the garage. To access the bottom floor, guest can enter via keypad at the righthand garage door or through the main entrance.
