"The whole place was beautifully decorated. Room was small but very comfortable. There are many private bedrooms sharing the same common areas so you hear the doors opening and closing a lot from the bedrooms to the bathroom. Would I go back yes as it was very beautiful and clean."

"On the outside the hôtel needs a refurbisment. Inside it is nice. We had a very large suite with a bathtub, large tv, fridge. Great breakfast. HOWEVER the hôtel is out of the way far from everything in town and it would absolutely need a regular shuttle to centro. I would not recommand because of that!"

"The NH Collection in Sevilla is everything you wish for in a four star. It was very modern, great and friendly staff, nearby the center, awesome breakfast buffet. We even got an upgrade because our regular rooms were not ready yet. Overall really great stay, it made us enjoy our visit to Sevilla even more."

"There was a dead cockroach on the seat cushion where we were sitting while we were at the breakfast buffet. I informed a supervisor who used a nearby pillow to remove the insect onto the floor that landed under a plant pot (see attached photo). Very disgusting to say the least. Oscar Leboeuf"

"Delightful 4-day stay at this way-above-average charming hotel. The location could not be more convenient if you want to spend time in the historic areas. Staff were friendly and made excellent local recommendations. We were lucky enough to nab a room with a balcony overlooking the Real Alcazar garden, where there was a nightly laser light and music show.
