"The location is unique for sure. It is a beautiful 16-th centaury palace, very well preserved, with original artifacts throughout the place. It felt (to me) a bit spooky/ haunted, which added to the sense of adventure. Rooms are very basic, with very few amenities. Breakfast is served only on weekends - however, the bar across the street offers a decent breakfast alternative. "Stunning reception area and welcoming staff. Great to be able To use the wellbeing pool late early evening, as the sun goes down. Room was a decent size with an amazing walk-in shower. We had a burger to eat at the bar which was tasty, as was breakfast. Only stayed one night as we were moving on but loved this hotel. "
