With one of the best views in Pambula Beach, you can see the migrating WHALES from the house or watch the surfers catching a wave!

This classic residence is truly spacious in every respect. It features 3 larger than normal bedrooms that can sleep up to 8 people. Plus there is the added convenience of 3 bathrooms. There is plenty of room for large or two families to holiday in comfort here.

The living is gracious with rooms designed to take in the sweeping ocean and head land views.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, complete with Nespresso coffee machine, traditional indoor dining area, or the convenience of relaxing al fresco living on the sweeping deck with it's outstanding vista.
With a brand new outdoor setting and weber bbq, it is perfect to just sit back, relax and take in the dolphins at play, whales, surfers, or just watch the ever changing ocean.

A large rumpus room, BBQ area plus a generous rear yard, complete the picture. We are also lucky to generally have daily visits from kangaroo's!

With a delightful north easterly aspect and plenty of room for cars and boats, this charming property ticks all the boxes for comfort, size and convenience.

What to do whilst visiting View Point -

Relax - mix it up with your choice of beautiful beaches! - main beach just around the corner, Middle beach or Lions Park , or the beautiful Pambula Beach River mouth- perfect for all families and little children as there is a swing set, and shallow waters. Perfect for stand up paddle boarding! Great for picnics!

Fish off the sand at the river mouth - great catches straight off the beach!.

Coffee - Wild Rye bakery and Pambula's pantry both in Pambula serve fantastic coffee.

Skateboarding... a well designed park just as you enter Pambula Beach on your right, great for the teenagers!

Heated Pool - also on your right as you enter Pambula Beach just before the skate park!

SHOPPING!!! just a 4 minute car trip into Pambula, with bakery, butcher, deli, small supermarket, chemist, beautiful Thai restaurant, pizza shop, newsagents, and several other boutiques and speciality stores.

Just another 5 minutes further into Merimbula with large supermarket and more conventional stores.
Between Pambula & Merimbula you will find the Pambula Merimbula Golf Club. Fantastic for golfers where you share the course with many kangaroos and Wheelers restaurant with an amazing seafood menu.

Absolutely loved it. The photos are exactly how it is! Location fantastic and really enjoyed it being a little bit off the track. Saw the echindna which was a highlight! Our two families had enough space from each other and great communal areas to come together in. The deck was amazing as covered so even though it was a rainy week it was very usable. Just a super relaxing holiday with everything we needed in the house!

Stayed for a week with three young children. Plenty of space for them to play upstairs or downstairs with a games room. The view from the deck of the Pambula River mouth and across to Merimbula is amazing and better than what the photos show. Beds were very comfortable with good quality linen and towels provided. The property was spotless and maintained very well and there is plenty of cutlery crockery etc. The location is only a short walk, or 2 minute drive (downhill) to either the river mouth or the main beach. Communication with the host was excellent with easy to follow instructions. Would definitely recommend this property

Pambula Beach Escape
We originally booked for 4 adults but 2 cancelled due to illness. Therefore, the lower floor was superfluous to our needs and not used. The upstairs and deck views were spectacular with whale watching and the top floor comfortably suited our needs. The bathroom was a bit dated and the driveway turn into and out of carport a bit tricky but overall no complaints.

Note there is no wifi and no basic provisions except salt and pepper. Lots of tableware and cooking utensils available but frypan needs replacing. Bathrooms tired but very clean.

Perfection at Viewpoint, Pambula Beach
Quite honestly the pictures on the webpage do not do this property justice! As we all walked through the door to be greeted by the view was breathtaking. The beds offer you the best nights sleep with top quality linen and towels, so much space and storage on hand and fully equipped kitchen area. The deck outside offers an unforgettable view, the sounds of waves and at night a magnificent view of the stars! No alarm clocks needed as the native birds are more than happy to serenade you into a new day…look down onto the well maintained and enjoy all the visiting kangaroos simply relaxing on the grass…a sight to behold! The beach/river mouth is a 5 minute walk down the footpath and is simply stunning. There is a coastal walking track to take you away from the main road down to the caravan park where you meet the open ocean and can walk to your hearts content on the sand with National park to your left it is all the peace and quiet you’ll need! Did we want to leave? No! Will we be back? In a heartbeat! Megan is a wonderful host full of local information and advice if you can even tear yourself away from the house! It was an absolutely awesome find for us to relax and spend time with family from overseas, there is a wealth of books, DVDs, games and space for younger family members to enjoy. Thank you Megan!

It was a great place to stay with amazing views. The house is well equipped and we enjoyed watching the kangaroo family who visited us in the back garden, the beautiful views of the ocean and just taking a moment to enjoy getting away from our busy lives. This property was perfect for our needs, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with two separate living areas. Linen supplied was first class and the house had all the items required and cleanliness was first class. We wanted for nothing. Add to this the amazing views and this property was joy to stay at. Spectacular views - great location
One of the better locations we have stayed due to the view. Very peaceful, house had everything we needed. Close proximity to shops, restaurants and cafes. We’ll be back to soak in some more of that view.

We had a very happy and comfortable stay at Viewpoint. The panorama view and location to beaches are not oversold in the description and made up for a couple of omissions. There is no wifi and we found using our phones’ personal hotspot (recommended by our host when queried) very slow and constantly dropping out. Like us I am sure many guests need to continue their working lives while away so broadband with a booster like many of the neighbours have is something of a necessity now. There is no AC - just a ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom. Not a problem in March but maybe in the height of summer sleeping could be uncomfortable. The property is charming - spacious, clean, attractively furnished and decorated and well equipped. We did notice that none of the three torches worked and both fire extinguishers were over 3 years out of date - something that we are sure the owner would want to rectify as it is a wooden building.
