"First of all it is wrongly advertised in your website. It say there is free wifi, but not in the rooms. The only available WiFi is in the common areas downstairs. This makes it difficult if you want to work remotely without distractions from reception and other clients. Higyene was poor. Broken tiles on floor. Paid for breakfast, but did not receive the full complimentary buffet for all the days I have stayed. "

"Handy for our visit to the Trigrad region (Devils throat cave). The sauna and pool looked great, but we didn't have spare time to use them, or the games room. The central heating was a bit cool for someone from Darwin (and probably other cooler places too)."

"At the beginning the Spa center was not working so when we arrived we were told that we cannot use it . I was a bit upset because we came because of the Spa and we expected to use it . Normally the manager must notify all visitors befor their visit if there is any issue with the hotel but they did not inform us before our arrival.Anyway on our 3th day the Spa was open so everyone was happy at the end.And also we get a 10% discount because of it ."
