The staff is really exceptional and knowledgeable on the animals, birds, area. The activities offered are varied with many options available. The meals were delicious with lots of variety. "It probably had better days because it’s a very big property. It is quite isolated and the Uber driver had a hard time to find it. But the staff is incredibly sweet and ready to go above and beyond for the customers. Such nice people. It was for one night because I couldn’t make my flight, and was so tired I didn’t realize how far from the airport it was. Food is good and abundant."

"The room I booked did not exist. The manager tried to convince me that the room they put me in was the room I booked. I had to contact Expedia to try to resolve the issue which did not happen. They promised to add a $90 credit to my account, I haven't seen that credit yet, but it may be processing. The resort said they would comp me breakfast for the remainder of my stay but that did not cover the charges I should have recouped. "

"The hotel is a nice discovery and a modern interior with a heritage exterior. Even the parking is underground that takes your car on an elevator. I enjoyed the facilities except a few downs. One is they don’t have an iron in the room, even the one they brought on request didn’t work. The housekeeping was requested to do the cleaning towards the evening but they didn’t show up. We asked for two plates and cutleries, cutleries were clean but the plates looked as if they didn’t wash them....
