"Really nice carriage house (apartment above garage) in an amazing location in Rosemary Beach. Very clean and modern unit. Things to be aware of - the master bedroom is a loft above the main floor. There is no bathroom on the bedroom level - just the one on the main floor - which was fine for us, but isn't ideal. The kids bunk room off the main living room does not have a door, so plan accordingly. Nice wrap around porch. The host was very nice and helpful. Perfect stay for our family of four...

We loved the very short walk to the pool, beach and main street Rosemary. The layout of the house was perfect for us and it had everything we needed. We also appreciated how they reached out ahead of time to arrange a bike for our daughter to use and it was there with the included bikes when we arrived. We would love to stay there again."

The Carriage House has a lovely interior, includes one parking space in the garage, and plenty of dishes, utensils, glassware, cookware for our family of four.
