Location, Location, Location! - New Management and Dream Accommodations

This beautiful single story home is approximately 1400 square feet and accommodates one and all.
This home sleeps 8 in beds - Maximum guests allowed 8.

1st Bedroom has two twin oversize bunk beds (allowing for ages 1 -17) to enjoy a comfortable nights rest.
2nd Bedroom has a Queen bed dressed in a soothing corral colors.
3rd Bedroom (Master Suite and en-suite Bathroom) has a Queen bed dressed in aqua colors.
The beds are all dressed in quality hotel linens, with all the bath towels and accessories that you will require..

The kitchen is well equipped with custom cabinets, quartz counter tops, premium appliances, pantry and all the essentials for the budding Master Chef in the family. Large kitchen island seats 8 for your group gatherings when enjoying a family meal.

Every corner of this beautiful home has been renovated and restyled in tranquil soothing beach colors with stylish and elegant furnishings with a relaxed vibe at the same time.
This is a great home for one large family or two smaller families that care to share the cost of a beach rental.

As you will notice from the photos, this home is lovingly cared for by its owners and they have spared no cost in getting it furnished in luxury.

Out back in the enclosed private backyard, where you will find a large entertainment area with table and chairs for those impromptu alfresco meals. To the side of the house is an inviting fire pit with comfortable chairs for those nights when the kiddo would like to enjoy some s’mores and the parents, sun-downers, magical sunsets and great company. Please tell me what can be any better than that! An oversize barbecue awaits the Grill Master in the family on those nights when meal preparation is ventured outdoors.

A guest shed out back houses some beach toys for all ages, bikes, corn in the hole and a paddle board. The beach is only a very short walk and then you will find yourselves on the white powdery sands that Panama City Beach is well known for and the tranquil enticing ocean. When you are able to drag yourself back home, you will find a private outdoor shower to clean off the sand before entering the home.

Beach Paradise 🌊🏖️
If I could’ve given more stars, I would! Every aspect of our stay was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we booked, the property manager Rene was in touch and was very welcoming and responsive throughout the entire stay. The house is perfectly located (second row) was literally right in front of the access to the beach. It was a super short walk which was perfect with children. The beds were super comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds! The outdoor shower with the privacy enclosure around it was just what we needed to clean ourselves and the kids off after a walk to the beach and made everything 100% easier with little ones. The covered patio was perfect for evening meals and the fence in the backyard allowed us to eat out hangout back there without having to worry about one of the kid’s safety. We literally had everything we could have needed aside from our food and clothes which was so nice for a change! The shed in the back was stocked full of beach toys, bikes, chairs, umbrellas and so much more! Rene even made sure the fire pit was stocked with wood! We loved our stay so much we extended our trip for two more days. I’m so happy we found this gem, because to say it’s perfect would be an understatement! We won’t be staying anywhere else from now on! Thanks so much Rene for everything!! Can’t wait for our next trip!! ❤️
