Fully ADA compliant in one of the bedrooms & bathroom with access throughout the home except for one step down that would require going out the front door and around the home to enter from that level. High threshold entering back into the home that might require third party help getting over.

**PET POLICY**
Do you find it near impossible to leave your dog(s) behind while you go on vacation? If your answer is yes, then we can 100% relate to that! We love our dogs and appreciate any opportunity to create memories that involve them as well. So grab your furry, four-legged friend(s) because this home is PET FRIENDLY!

-$250 NON REFUNDABLE fee per dog to be paid in advance
- Dogs that are less than a year old are not allowed. Absolutely no puppies.
- Maximum of 2 DOGS are allowed on property. No cats or other animals are permitted.
- Size limit for the dogs is 75 lbs each.
- Guests are expected to ensure that their animals are supervised, do not damage the premises, are completely house trained and do not urinate or defecate inside the house.
- Dogs are not to be outside without a guest present.
- Dogs must be crated when guests leave the home.
- Guests must pick up/clean all dog waste.
- Dogs are not permitted on the furniture or beds.
Guests who do not abide by these provisions may be asked to remove their animal.
