NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION!! Property wide construction starting Oct. 14, 2024, estimated completion date is June 6, 2025. Construction will be very loud at times throughout the project, including grinding, hammering, etc. Balconies will be inaccessible at various times during the project, balcony furniture will be placed in units when balcony work is being done. There will be periods when the units will be blocked from rental for some portions of the work. Schedules for project stages will change, pending weather. Set on Seacrest Beach, High Pointe Resort is central to 30A outdoor activities, including bike trails, state parks, and coastal dune lakes. Enjoy scenic strolls and waterside bike rides on the 30A path just in front of the building. Or drive to Pier Park for amusement rides, concerts, and oceanfront restaurants. Go snorkeling at Grouper Reef, an artificial reef just 970’ from the Inlet Beach access point.

Unwind into vacation mode in the open living area, with a sofa bed, three armchairs, and a TV. Release your inner chef in the kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops. Serve up delectable meals at the dining table. Complimentary WiFi and an in-home washer/dryer are provided.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
