This three bedroom, two bathroom condo with a bonus room sleeps up to six guests. The master bedroom features a cozy, king size bed, a spacious bathroom with a garden tub and a private gulf-front balcony. A comfy, queen size bed in the second bedroom, bunk beds in the bonus room and an expansive living room means the whole family can unwind after a day spent playing in the waves. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the size and location of the unit on the end. The location of the condo is great. We have been staying at the Boardwalk every summer for the past 18 years. The furniture on the balcony was disappointing because there were only two chairs. I totally understand that sand is to be expected in the unit. The cleaning fee is an extra fee that is added to the rental agreement, therefore I was disappointed in the condition of the floors upon arrival in the unit being dirty and gritty due to sand and leftover grime from the previous tenants. We always take our shoes off upon entering the front door, so we were surprised that our feet were dirty by the time we reached the living room area!

Very dirty
The unit was dirty. We found old food everywhere. The carpet was stained very badly. The quilt on the bunk bed had blood on it. The air conditioner leaked water in the floor the whole week. Maintenance came every day which was an inconvenience for the person waiting in the room instead of enjoying their vacation. The kitchen was poorly equipped. We had to buy a knife. We had one dish towel no dish cloth. The sliding glass door was hard to open. I found dirty plates in drawers and frozen pizza in the cabinet in the kitchen. I have stayed at Boardwalk for many years and this is the worst unit that I have ever stayed in. I will make sure to never stay in this unit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. We love staying at this condo as it was our second time this year. The bed in the master was comfortable but a little high for us. The condo was very clean and well equipped. We like the view from the balcony. We will definitely be looking at this condo for future stays.
