This Villas of Seacrest condo provides lovely views of the Seacrest Beach 12,000 square foot resort pool. During your stay, you’ll have full access to the shared amenities of the Seacrest Beach resort and use of two adult cruiser bikes to explore the coastal landscape. Within a few minutes' walk, you'll find the beach and numerous shops and locally owned and operated restaurants.

This condo is located on the second floor making it convenient to use either the elevator or the stairs. The condo also has two reserved parking spaces for the unit that are steps away from your door.
Unit A201, a jewel all its own, is a coastal contemporary space designed to maximize comfort and relaxation. Open the doors from the family room to the covered terrace, which features ample, comfortable seating for eight and offers spectacular views of the Lagoon pool — the pride of the Seacrest Beach community. Sit back and relax under a breeze from the two ceiling fans while you sip on your favorite cocktail and listen to the sounds of summer as water softly cascades down from the multi-tiered pool and fountain below. When the sun goes down and the community begins to settle in for the night, the illumination of the lagoon is a sight to behold.

As you enter the home, the first bedroom you encounter features a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. As you move further into the home, you’ll find two additional bedrooms outfitted with queen beds. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo accessible from the hallway. The master bedroom has a plush king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in closet, double vanities and glass fronted walk-in shower.
Each of the bedrooms and the family room is outfitted with a high definition LCD flat panel television featuring DirecTV service offering 150 channels. The smart TVs in the home are setup with free Netflix access. The laundry room features a full-size, state of the art washer and dryer. Stay connected via the condo unit's free wireless internet connection.

PLEASE NOTE: The Seacrest Beach community does not allow guests to bring in trailers or boats. If traveling with those items arrangements must be made in advance to have them stored off site. Effective January 1, 2022 Seacrest Beach HOA has banned the use of non-owner golf carts, scooters and Mokes. Golf carts / low speed vehicles are not allowed in the neighboring areas of Peddler’s Pavilion, Rosemary and Alys Beaches.
Guests have access to the entire condo space with the exception of the locked owner's closet off the hallway.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT RENT TO STUDENT GROUPS, AGE OF PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 25 OR OLDER AND RESIDING IN PROPERTY DURING STAY.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Beach towels are not provided in the home.
7. This IS NOT a pet friendly property. Evidence of pets in the unit after guest departure will be subject to a $300 fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
*DEPARTURE CHECKLIST:
1. Empty refrigerator of all perishables. Remove all trash in the home to exterior trash cans in the gated trash corral between buildings A & B.
2. Load and start dishwasher — please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink or on kitchen counters.
3. Do not strip beds, but DO collect all the used towels and place in the laundry room.
4. Check all drawers and closets for any personal items.
5. Return beach key fob to the kitchen counter.
6. Turn off all lights and make sure windows and exterior doors are locked. Make sure beach cruiser bikes are locked at the bike rack at the Seacrest Beach entry or exit.
7. Check out on time, 10am CT firm. If leaving prior to 10am CT kindly send a text message noting the property you are departing from so we may inform our cleaning crew that they can enter the unit.
