Tidewater Beach is a family friendly beach resort on Panama City Beach's prestigious west end, featuring impressive first-class amenities. Our newly painted and redecorated condo is the perfect location on the 5th floor, low enough to hear and see the breaking waves, but high enough to enjoy privacy and avoid excess noise. Unbelievable sunset views! Dolphins are frequently seen playing off the coast!

Our condo comes fully stocked with almost everything you could need. Beach chair service is a huge BONUS that is not available with every room. Both Keurig and coffee maker are available for your caffeine fix.

Tidewater Resort has amenities for both sunny and rainy days! Swim in one of the two lagoon pools overlooking the ocean or simply relax by the beach. If the weather is cool or rainy, enjoy a swim in the indoor, heated pool, or enjoy the steam room, sauna or Roman spa. Gaze at the gulf waves as you work out in the ocean-front fitness room complete with weights, treadmills, and exercise bikes.

Tidewater Beach is home to a 5,000 square foot conference center and an on-site movie theater. A covered walkway connects the parking deck 2nd floor directly to the building and elevator access. Enjoy the Waves restaurant on the 1st floor with an ocean view, or grab a Starbucks coffee at the convenience store.

Pier Park is only a few blocks away for your shopping and dining pleasure. Enjoy a 10-minute stroll down the beach to this new, exciting destination. Multiple beach front restaurants, including Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Dick's Last Resort, Pompano Joes, and Back Porch Seafood are ready to serve up seafood and your favorite beverages. Stores include Target, Walmart, Starbucks, Dillard s, Old Navy, JC Penney, and many more specialty shops. There is also a state of the art multiplex theater playing all the new movies. The Pier Park concert series presents various musical entertainment all summer long. Frank Brown park is less than 5 minutes away. Around the corner from Tidewater is Sandbar, a local favorite for seafood. Arby s, McDonalds and Pizza Hut are across the street from Tidewater if you want a quick bite after a long day at the beach.

Our unit sleeps 8 comfortably, featuring a King Bed in the master, Queen bed in the guest room, and a separate bunk area with comfortable twin mattresses. All 3 have their own full bathrooms. We also have a queen sleeper sofa with a 6" mattress for comfort. Newly redecorated and repainted, with comfort and convenience in mind we want you to feel at home. The fully stocked kitchen features granite counter tops. The living area and both bedrooms are outfitted with flat screen HDTVs. High speed wireless internet service will keep you connected while you're away from home. Our condo has a washer and dryer for all those beach towels! We hope to make you feel completely at home while you are here!

** Our condo has daily beach set up, including 2 cushioned chairs and an umbrella are included with your rental from March through October. Not all rentals include this amenity but we have found it is a great luxury to our guests.

The property was nice with easy access to the beach! The biggest downfall is the elevators however I am not sure that I have ever stayed anywhere during busy times that I did not have an issue with the elevators! I would def stay again!

Best Condo stay thus far!
We traveled with family and some friends for a birthday weekend. This condo was just perfect. The bunk room and 3rd bathroom were perfect for what we needed. The mattresses were AMAZING! We actually came home and ordered one :-) The condo was beautiful and very clean. We usually stay on the East end of PCB but I think we like the West side better now. Great stay!

Great trip, great condo
I was very happy with this condo. The beds were comfy and the view was great. The owner let me check in early when the room was cleaned and the 5th floor is pretty convenient. In a 30 floor condo, elevators are just not gonna be lightening fast, but it was a quick trip down the stairs to the ocean. The pool areas are nice and the wings we had from waves grill were spectacular. 10/10

Well supplied kitchen. Bed in 2nd bedroom very uncomfortable. Living room couch also very uncomfortable. Doorbell receptor in hallway made grinding noise every night (doorbell wasn't used. ) Wonderful view! Easy walking distance to Pier Park. Unfortunately there was lots of road construction which made walking along the street difficult in places. Staff at Tidewater was very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay room was very nice and clean. Plenty of room for us all. We traveled with 2 small children this room had a pack and play as well as beach toys and cam with complimentary beach service which was simple to use and very helpful to not have to carry so much to the beach. A couple things that could improve were the internet was slow which made watching anything on the tv difficult also their was not any dishwasher or laundry washer pods to complete the check out process that they ask of you. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would rent again!

Great Location
A group of us stayed here for the Gulf Coast Jam. It was perfect walking distance to Pier Park and about 25 minute walk to the venue. The view was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed lounging by the pool most days and never utilized the beach chairs. The only “issue” we had was upon checking in: the listing says 3 bedroom but Tidewater has it as a 2 bedroom so only two parking spaces were provided. Not an issue for us but could be to future guests. Altogether, we will definitely consider staying here again.

Nice place but issues with cleanliness
Condo is nice and in the perfect location but I feel the cleaning crew did not clean prior to our arrival. Glass of water sitting on by the sink, sand spurs in the carpet, peanuts in the floor of one of the bedrooms, and a dead worm in the other bedroom.

The condo was nice other than we never had Wi-Fi. My issues were more with the staff. We were charged $75 fee for checking in late. I’m still confused on this. They seem to have a bunch of hidden fees.

Great low level unit at Tidewater. As a former owner at Tidewater, I appreciate the care and attention that has been put into unit 514. This condo stands above the generic, neglected units that are being rented through the on-site corporation. If you stay in 514, appreciate the view but also the tasteful decor that is very well maintained. Most units do not stand as tall as this one. We hope to return again very soon!

Was promised that a beach setup was included with rental. When I went to the beach hut to get my assigned spot, I was told the owner hasn’t paid his bill and had to fork out $60.00 for a one day setup.

Cob webs all around the condo , couldnt sit on our balcony for people smoking on there balcony. Could not use hot tub for all the kids in it under 15. Radios and bluetooth speakers in pool area not very good language coming from them. If it wasnt for the restaurants it would of been a disaster!!! Worst part was the couch we had to sit on it was awfully. Not happy for the money we paid. Condo needs remodeled bad.

Fabulous time and great value
This was our first time using VRBO and first time in Panama City Beach....and would definitely do both again. The value of our condo (3 bedrooms) for 3 adults and 3 kids under 8 was perfect. It was decorated nicely with awesome kitchen amenities. We made pork and sauerkraut using the crock pot for New Years Day! And there was a Keurig machine! We had a mechanical issue with the washing machine and I immediately contacted the owner, who sent a fix it guy within a few hours, and that issue got solved. There is always going to be "something" when you stay at a place like this and receiving such great response time in getting it resolved was so appreciative. We liked the condo building for having a second floor walkway to the parking garage. It made getting to our van so much easier. Before we left I was already looking at the website to see when we could return...to the same unit...in the future. It was so enjoyable. Thank you.

Elevator situation was terrible, but we knew this already. Beach was dirty. Our unit was directly in line with rd construction so early mornings were loud. We had a large group, 11 units rented, ours was the worst. Whoever did hurricane damage repair must have done subpar job. Condo smelled like mildew & had mildew in various places. Overall, there were some issues, but many we knew about & many were no fault of owner/condo manager. Staff was great, Starbucks on premises helped ALOT lol. Would I choose to stay there again? No, but we were there for Sr trip & had a great time with our kids.

Wonderful Family Vacation
This is the story of how I made a mistake and the condo owner saved our family vacation. I reserved this unit back in January for my family's late September vacation, 9/28-10/4. But somewhere along those next 9 months, I got it into my head that our reservation began on Wednesday (9/27). So we drove the 6 hours down to PCB and arrived late Wednesday evening and.... I had no access to the condo! I messaged the owner through the app and he responded within 5 minutes. He gently told me I was off by a day. Rather than telling us we were out of luck, he went into overdrive to reach housekeeping to make sure the unit was ready for us (it was). He then charged us the discounted Jan rate for the extra night rather than the higher one listed on VRBO. He went the extra mile to make sure my family of 5 had a place to stay, despite my error, earning my eternal gratitude! The owner was already a star in my book after that exchange and earned more stars for a BEAUTIFUL condo! The unit is spacious and the ocean balcony view is simply gorgeous. It is quiet and has a great location within the resort. We had family staying in another VRBO unit in the same resort. They warned us to bring bath towels, trash bags, dish soap, plates, and cutlery because none of those items were provided in their unit. We were pleased to find all of those items provided. My brother remarked on how much nicer our condo was. We had a wonderful time and will be back!
