Newly Updated! Gorgeous gulf views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom! Comfortable 2 bedroom (both ensuite!), 2 bath condo. King bed in the master bedroom. Two twin beds in 2nd ensuite bedroom. TV's in both bedrooms. Wireless Internet in Condo. New Living Room Furniture including a Comfortable Sleeper Sofa and Love Seat. On the grounds are four tennis courts, barbecue grills, indoor/outdoor pools, kids' play area, shuffleboard. Fun family property! This condo is right next to two other (2) bdr. condos that Pinnacle Port manages. Great for large families that want to be all together!

Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

Great Beach Stay

Some supplies in this condo were sparse, but otherwise it was fine. Some updates have been done, and the place is clean. That's all that matters to me really!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to this resort for almost 15 years . The condo was beautiful as well as the resort. The ONLY thing for me was the elevators in C1 were in horrible shape they didn’t work half the time we got stuck quite a few times. I am the only resident to complain. The day we were leaving the elevators were not working and we were on the 4 th floor. I don’t feel as if 3000.00 for week we should have that problem. I have a bad back and so does my husband. Hopefully by our next vacation this will be fixed or if I can’t get the 1st floor I will have to stay somewhere else.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Pinnacle Port for over a decade and have stayed in different condos most times as our family has grown. This is the first time we’ve stayed in the smaller condo buildings and it won’t be the last. I think I prefer it to the larger tower due to the ease of getting in and out of the elevator and less foot traffic overall. The condo itself was clean and mostly updated. The bathrooms were updated and that is my biggest check box. The living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable but my kids didn’t seem to mind. I mostly sat out on the balcony when we were there. My biggest complaint was the lack of wash cloths and extra cover. There were no additional sheets, pillow cases, or covers. This isn’t a deal breaker. I brought laundry detergent to wash clothes. But there was only 2 pillows on the master bedroom bed. There were 2 extra pillows in the closet but no extra pillow cases to put on them. Also, there was no hair dryer. I forgot mine but it turned out to not be a big deal. My hair got a vacation from heat styling as well. Again, these aren’t deal breakers but all other condos I’ve ever stayed in has had all of these things. I would recommend and would stay here again. We love Pinnacle Port!
