Additional Information

Pet-Friendly: Bring up to two pets (max 25 lbs each) for a $125 pet fee per pet. Please inquire about breed restrictions and complete the Pet Registration Form. An additional $20 per pet fee is payable to the Grand Panama complex at registration.

Parking: A $50 parking fee is payable directly to the resort upon arrival, with a $30 fee for a second vehicle.

Complimentary Essentials: An initial set of toiletries includes paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap, toilet tissue, shampoo, and bar soap.

A 20% down payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to check-in.

No parties or special events allowed, unless previously discussed and arranged with the property management company.

Absolutely No Smoking Allowed. This includes vaping. (The smell lingers!)

Home is pet friendly with $125 per pet fee, with a 2 pet limit. If guests do not let us know about the pets they bring prior to check-in there will be an additional $125 per pet fee if the number of pets are under the 2 pet limit. If guests bring more than 2 pets and guests don't let us know, there will be a $500 per pet fee for each pet over the 2 limit.

For legal and safety reasons, please don’t exceed the maximum occupancy of the property at any time.

Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 9 PM and 8 AM. Be sure to respect the noise curfew if there is one listed for the property.

Please don’t turn the AC below 70 degrees during the Spring/Summer. AC may freeze up if it runs too hard causing additional problems, such as the AC shutting down and us not being able to get an AC technician out to repair it right away. It will get HOT quickly.

Please respect check-in and check-out times. Departure time is 10 AM and Check In time is 4 PM.

If anything breaks or you can’t clean up the mess yourself, please call us right away. We understand that accidents happen, and we’re here to help.

If you move any pieces of furniture around, please, please put it back where it originally was before you depart.

Please start the dishwasher before you depart.

Please take the trash out before you depart.

*Guests are responsible for any unreasonable damages caused during their stay. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to furniture, fixtures, and equipment beyond normal wear and tear. Costs for repairs or replacements due to such damages will be charged to the guest. Any damages exceeding $1500 per reservation will be charged to the guest.

*All properties are private residences/condominiums and may be subject to sale or transfer of ownership at any time. In the event of sale of the property after booking, we will make all attempts to either honor your reservation, or otherwise assist in identifying an alternative property of like qualify, with like amenities at a comparable price. In the event of unavailability, we will make every effort to provide as much advanced notice as possible to avoid any inconvenience.
