Cozy up in our open concept living and dining area with ample seating and prepare your favorite meals in our fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances! Enjoy the fresh breeze on any of the 5 outdoor patio spaces, including a huge courtyard for dining al fresco or lounging. There are a total of 4 king sized beds in the house, plus a bunk room, with 7 smart TVs mounted throughout, and master suites on both the 1st and 2nd level. The 3rd floor lands on a loft space featuring a daybed with a pull-out trundle, bistro set, a wet bar, and a guest suite with another king-sized bed.
AREA ATTRACTIONS: Situated in Seacrest Beach Resort, Coconut Cottage is a great spot for days on the beautiful beaches of 30A or at the massive Seacrest Lagoon Pool. Take a bike ride to the neighboring communities of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach or take a stroll to shop or enjoy a meal at one of the many nearby restaurants. It's an easy walk or bike ride to all the locations around Seacrest Beach Community. To make all of that a bit easier on your family, Seacrest Beach boasts a free shuttle/tram service during peak season. We also include 4 bikes for you to use during your stay.
Seacrest Beach community features a private beach on the south side of 30A. There are tram stops though out the community that operate on demand. Upon entering the beach to the left (east), there is onsite chair rental service. La Dolce Vita is the exclusive provider at Seacrest Beach. Guests may bring their own chairs to the beach for set up on the right (west) side of the beach. Prohibited items at the private beach access: wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies.
** As of January 1, 2022, Golf Carts are prohibited in Seacrest Beach. Violators will be fined by the HOA.**
