Sunshine and sandy toes await you at this home away from home! The views from the large windows and furnished balcony are picturesque, so start each morning with a breath of fresh ocean air as you sip your cup of coffee. The spacious interior provides ample room for up to eight guests, and tackling mealtimes will be easy in the full kitchen that sports modern appliances and vast counter space. The shared pool area is just steps from the beach so take your pick and lounge for a while with a book. When it is time to cool off, take a dip in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. When it is time to call it a day, throw your sandy suit in the private washer/dryer and draw a bath in the jetted tub for some solitary relaxation!

From endless walks on the sand to concerts in the park, you will have no shortage of things to do here on your vacation to Florida. Pier Park is a great place to spend a day shopping at your favorite stores or checking out some local restaurants nearby. A bit farther south are fun activities for the whole family including an amusement park, aquarium, and even a go-kart track! Fish with the locals on Russell-Fields Pier or play a round of golf at Holiday Golf Club located four miles east. Everyone will be able to find something that is right up their alley!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Condo was perfect! Clean and spacious. Location was wonderful!! Amenities were great and well kept. Fast elevators. Parking garage is a bit tight but well lit, clean and I always felt safe. Large balcony with walkouts from both living room and master bedroom to take in the absolutely beautiful view!! 10 out of 10. Will book again!!!

The condo was gorgeous
Perfect location and nice amenities. I only have 4 stars because the refrigerator didn’t cool well and was really noisy. The other issue was parking, we paid $80 for 2 vehicles to park and the parking garage was a nightmare. I literally parked my vehicle and took Ubers everywhere because the parking was so tight that I was afraid to pull in and out of the parking spot and maneuver through the garage.

At first entrance, the condo looked great. Then we walked into the main bedroom which had the odor of urine. The curtains were very dirty around the bottom. The shower door did not close and the shower head in the front bathroom was stopped up. My husband fixed it. This place was good, but needs some maintenance. At least the refrigerator and cabinets were spotless. Very happy about that. Price of chair and umbrella rental was raised and not worth it.

The condo was in a great location but it needs upgrading. Doors in bathrooms wouldn’t close, bath fixtures worn out, shower door wouldn’t close, appliances and cookware worn out.

Needs some TLC
Needs a lot of TLC. Whole unit needs to be repainted. Multiple doors do not close all of the way. Microwave door handle looks like no other handle that I have ever seen. Balcony sliding door takes all of your effort to slide open. You get what you pay for with this unit.

Worst Palazzo Stay Ever
We have stayed at Palazzo several times in the past and this was by far our worst experience. The biggest complaint was the experience we had with construction and damage and how Vacasa responded to the problems. During our entire stay, there was construction beside and above our unit. This included jack hammering which was so loud you could not even here the TV or here conversation. This went on all day nearly everyday. As annoying as it was we did not complain until floor tile in our unit started popping up. It actually elevated the sectional sofa in the living room. Vacasa management wanted to blow it off but eventually said they would give us a discount due to not being able to find another room in the area. After we checked out, we never got the promised discount. I have emailed them and have yet to receive a response from anyone. There was also a parking fee charged that was not listed in their listing and was only told to us a week before check in. The unit itself was ok. Furniture is a bit dated. The paint job was not very good and the linens were not great. The view is great and the unit was clean minus the cracked tile and grout.

Property was very nice. However, our room was not cleaned well at all. I don’t think they even swept the floor. Curtains in bedroom was very dirty and they did a gray color touch up paint on a white wall. Also not enough blankets. No extra blankets for pull out sofa and the ones on the bed are very thin. Cleanliness was very poor, but overall everything else was good.

Very good experience! Only issue was patio doors very difficult to open. Bathroom doors need adjustments closing . Shower door needs adjusting to close better in master bath.
