Laketown Wharf 1031 is a beautifully decorated unit that offers the perfect setting for a beach getaway. You will find this spacious kitchen to flow perfectly with the open and spacious living room. The bunk area is secluded and has a bathroom accessible right across the hall. You'll enjoy a nice night's sleep in the master suite after a long day at the beach. The private master bathroom and extra large closet space complete the perfect ambiance for a comfortable stay. You'll have a great view of the nightly Vegas-style fountain light show from your balcony.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with tub and shower.
Bedroom 2: King bed, TV.
Sleeping Nook: Twin-over-twin bunk beds. Shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed.

It truly is a phenomenal setting offering a Vegas style fountain show every night.

Laketown Wharf Parking Pass & Wristband Fee:
A one-time fee of $103.66 will need to be paid separate from the reservation. These fees are paid directly to the HOA through their online portal. The link to the portal will be emailed to you upon confirmed registration. Guests must also pre-register with the names/ages plus car make/model before check-in. Passes and wristbands can be picked up at the front desk upon check-in.

Stay at Laketown Wharf 1031 and take advantage of free activities with Xplorie! Cruise with Island Time Sailing, make a splash at Shipwreck Island Water Park, and ride the SkyWheel. An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Spring break is a busy time. The elevator wait was probably the worst of it just with having small children and rowdy spring breakers. Everything was pretty close which was nice. The unite was nice and clean the decor was nice with beach vibes. The sofa bed was not comfortable for a 90lb child so it could use a new sofa set. All in all it was a good trip I have nothing bad to say about it. ... i wouldnt reccomend families to stay during spring break though way too hectic. I know now for future stays.

The condo was great!
The condo was great! We had a great time! We stayed with 4 adults and 3 kids. The pool was super close and was where we spent most of our time. The beach was a short walk across the street and easy to access. The condo had everything we needed for meal prep. Plenty of space for everyone. Would stay again!

Spring break family vacation 2022
The condo itself was great. We are a family of 6 with 4 kids 14 and under and it accommodated us perfectly. The kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed. Our host was very easy to reach and communication was great. The location was nice as far as Walmart is across the street and it's a quick drive to St. Andrews beach. The time of year we came (over spring break) was not ideal for kids. There was a lot of spring breakers that overwhelmed the pools, hallways and elevators. Which was a bummer for my smaller kids especially. Overall, great stay and would recommend particularly to groups of friends/adults vacationing together!

The twin beds do not have a separate room /door, and are in a nook adjacent to the bathrooms they are however spacious and has a tv/dvd player for the bottom bunk. The condo is in a great location and the pools and hot tubs were perfect other than not being able to have drinks within 4 feet of them. We were a group of 6 college kids on spring break and it was perfect! The complex doesn't allow people from other complexes to enter without the “Laketown Wharf” wristband so everyone using the amenities must have the wristband. They are very strict about looking for the bands every time you enter and exit the complex as well as when you are using the hot tubs and pools. The owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. She always responded in a timely manor and was very helpful with all of our questions! Overall great place and I would stay there again.

Great place to stay, the two bunk beds are good other than there is no door to that room. There was a slight problem with the cleaning company not cleaning the pull out bed. Would definitely come back!
