Seychelles 1005 is a beautiful tenth-floor condo with two bedrooms and two baths accommodating up to six. Beautifully decorated with delightful details, gorgeous views invite you inside for a relaxing stay. Kick off your shoes and grab your flip-flops, then step onto the private balcony to enjoy a late afternoon margarita. Let your cares melt away while you drift off into blissful sleep watching your favorite show on the flat-screen TV. Should you need to prepare meals or quick snacks for the beach, the beautifully appointed kitchen has all the essentials, and with a stackable washer/dryer in your condo, feel free to pack a little lighter. After spending all day at the beach, comfortable beds and pristine bathrooms make all the difference. Unwind in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bath. Having access to the balcony from your bedroom ensures some quiet time with coffee before the kids are up. They’ll have their own good time in the bunk room, while a sofa bed in the living room accommodates two additional guests.

Catch some rays on the sun deck, take a dip in the pool, then embark on a long stroll along the Gulf of Mexico. The whole family will enjoy an outing to Pier Park, an entertainment district featuring shops, a movie theater, and fabulous restaurants. Head to St. Andrews State Park and take in the scenic nature trails and waterways or check out the penguins, sea turtles, dolphins, and more at Gulf World. Reservations March through October include beach service. Parking passes and required wristbands are included in your reservation. Please note: guests may be limited to one (1) parking pass per reservation on certain dates.

Seychelles parking rules:

One parking pass is provided. It will be left in your unit on the counter. Please do not park on the FIRST FLOOR; due to handicap and owner parking.

**Overflow Parking needs to be done off-site.

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.
