Anne is the best! She was extremely helpful with any questions we had, responded promptly and the condo was as expected - perfect for us! The location was just far away from the hustle and bustle of Pier Park but still close enough to drive there in 10min. Great nearby restaurants. Pool and beach we great and the 4 beach chairs are a bonus. Thank you for having us Anne! Can’t wait to come back!

Relaxing Holiday Fun
We truly enjoyed our two week stay in this unit. The condo was fresh and clean upon arrival. It's beautifully done and our group was very comfortable. We stayed Christmas and New Years. New Years the condo was very fun with a firework display (by other guests). My teenagers truly enjoyed that! We will definitely book this condo again the next time out to PCB. Check in was super easy and I loved the code that was sent to make in and out easy too. Great location with a Walmart within walking distance. I highly recommend!

Wonderful Room & Host
The property was exactly as pictured. We encountered no issues at the property. The only issue we had was prior to check-in and my fault because I missed an email that had been sent a few weeks earlier. I contacted the host and Anne responded promptly and was super kind and helpful. She got us taken care of right away, before it was even a true issue. Overall it was a nice and enjoyable experience. I'd absolutely book this property again.

Great condo beautiful views
Condo had more than enough room for our family and everything we needed. Love the extras like trash bags, hand soap dish detergent, dish soap and even laundry detergent! You spoiled us. Having the parking passes and wristbands in the room was so nice along with being able to enter the garage with code. We felt like VIPs. I got locked out of the room and Anna was there to help me. It was nice to know she was just a text away! Great stay at the Shores, we can’t wait to come back.

Fun times at the Shores of Panama
We had a great stay at the Shores of Panama during our week in Florida; and Anne was great to work with. The gulf water was right next to the building; and we enjoyed our time at the beach and in the pool. It was really nice having the same 4 beach chairs for the week as we could come and go and not have to worry about a spot to sit. The condo was great; and had everything we needed including 6 beach towels. In addition to the sun and sand, we were able to take in great restaurants such as Pineapple Willy's (right next door) and Bayou Bills (plan to arrive before they open at 5); visited Pier Park for pictures and dinner at Pompano Joes (they take reservations); and in addition took in day trips to Shell Island (we'd recommend arriving early to ensure seating on the first shuttle) and Seaside (lobsters rolls from the Shrimp Shack enjoyed while looking out at the gulf). A 5 star trip.

The description online is spot on. Updated unit with plenty of sleeping options and 3 full bathrooms. Beautiful view of the gulf and pool and good elevator access. Washer and dryer and tv’s all worked great. Refrigerator and Freezer have an ice maker which was a great option. And the beach chairs, they were the talk of our group. They fold up as a wagon to help haul items to the beach and are very comfortable. We were the only unit in our group that had them. Complex is in walking distance to food and shops. Owners were very responsive. If coming back to PCB we’d definitely stay in this unit again.

Recommend!
The condo in itself was great! Easy check in/check out procedures and very clean. It was also updated and just in general a nice condo. Communication with the owner was easy. We never had problems with anything in our condo. The only negative about the property was the elevators. One set would get stuck and be out of service, and we would have to wait for a while to catch an elevator that wasn’t too full. We would have taken the stairs, but we were on the 13th floor😬. Not that big of a deal though! I’d stay here again.

Amazing spring break trip
Wow! I cannot say enough good things about this unit and the resort in general. We arrived during the middle of a rush of spring breakers and the area was completely nuts. However the resort did a fabulous job checking for wristbands to ensure only invited guests were onsite. Now on to the condo…absolutely fabulous. Well equipped kitchen and unit with every detail imagined addressed. The beach chairs were fabulous for the girls and I on the beach. Communication from the owners was fast and thorough. It was spring break, so it was loud. And elevators were slow. But we were prepared for that. The girls are ready to go back and I would not hesitate to rebook this unit!

Clean, well stocked, amazing views
My family of 4 (2 adults, 5 year old and 3 year old) stayed for 5 days. Anne checked in on during the stay to make sure everything was going well. We could not be happier with the location and cleanliness of the condo. A short walk to the beach or Pineapple Willys made for a perfect getaway. The condo was exactly how the pictures describe. Furniture/beds/tables were all comfortable. The owners provided lots of soap, masks, and towels. We were pleasantly surprised with each sink having a hand pump of soap for washing hands. None of those nasty little hard soaps. There was a broom in the laundry closet for cleaning up that pesky sand you inevitable bring with you. We knew going into our stay that the outdoor pool was closed for resurfacing and the season. For those staying this summer the new resurfacing looks fantastic! The crew finished up while we were there. I'd highly recommend and will look to stay here again.

Great condo . . . super clean and well appointed. The entire facility was immaculate; pool, beach, grounds and garage. Most convenient location on Panama City Beach and Anne (owner) is extremely friendly and easy to contact. Can’t go wrong with this one !!!
