Nestled in a central location, our townhouse showcases 2 inviting bedrooms upstairs – one with 2 queen beds, a walk-in closet with a kids gameroom, a dedicated workspace and balcony. The other with a king bed, pack n play, and walk-in closet. Additionally, a convenient pull-out couch awaits in the living room.
With 1.5 baths plus an outdoor shower, our home caters to families and groups, perfect for adventurers, sunset admirers, beach enthusiasts, and winter retreats for those seeking solace from the cold.
Step out onto the patio, featuring ample seating, a fire table, sun loungers, a tranquil hammock, shaded canopies, games, and a gas grill – a wonderful setting for dining, relaxing, and basking in the warm Florida sun. Complete with a beach wagon and beach essentials, your beach days await. We are also close to many beach resorts with day pass access tickets for purchase.
Beyond the sugar sand shores, uncover an array of entertainment options nearby both walking distance or a short drive; including top-rated dining, thrilling attractions, and vibrant shopping destinations. There is space for two cars-one behind the other on the right half of the driveway, in front of the unit.
If you're flying into PCB look at North Florida Beaches airport it's 22 minutes from the house, but Pensacola Airport is much cheaper and only a 2-hour drive.
