Clean, private entrance with back porch area, 12 minute walk to the beach, quiet area very close to Pier park, other entertainment and enjoyable activities in Laguna Beach and Swanky shops in
30a Market!

Coffee machine to brew hot coffee before you run off to go enjoy the many amenities! Also, a mixer, real glass wine glasses to drink and chill while you soak in our comfy tub!
Affordable and clean place to stay!

This property is very close to the beach and several parks near by.

Free trolley service on Coast Highway between North Laguna/ Heisler Park, downtown, South Laguna/ Mission Hospital and Ritz Carlton in Dana Point. Hours: Monday-Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Saturday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Frequency: Every 20-30 minutes.

Act V (Lot 16) Route

Park for free at Lot 16 (1900 Laguna Canyon Road) and ride a free trolley to downtown every Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Frequency: Every 30 minutes. Note: Lot 16 is closed to the public Monday-Friday starting Sept. 6, 2022.

Parking Meters in Laguna Beach
Daily metered street parking is available and enforced from 8am-9pm at all meters in the downtown area and until 7p.m. outside of downtown. Simple clean and convenient
Simple room with bathroom. Located on the back of the house. Had the amenities you would need same as what would be in a hotel room. Short drive to the beach. They did provide umbrella and stuff for the beach.

Listing was accurate, unit was small, comfy, and clean. Host was very accommodating and easy to work and communicate with. Response time was quick. Allowed last minute reservation adjustment for grandchild unexpected travel arrangements. I returned minor repair in exchange for arrangement change out of appreciation to host. I just want to give an accurate description of what you are getting. You are getting a 11x12 bedroom with a bathroom with a separete entrance in the back of someones house. No more/no less. It consists of a bed, tv, microwave,coffee maker, toaster oven. There is no place to put your belongings, except on the floor. There is no place to sit, excepton the bed. We could not get out of there quick enough. Your view is the back yard of the neighbor

This place is adorable but was too small for my friend and I with both our mid to large sized dogs to stay. It also listed a hot tub which she didn’t have and that was the main thing we wanted. After speaking to the owner she gladly refunded the rest of our stay. She also called the company as she doesn’t list a hot tub. Would definitely stay with her if was just a couple and had small dog. This is a small spare room off the back of her home. Owner is fantastic!

Perfect Spot Mins From Beautiful Beach
Perfect little dog friendly place to stay. Walking distance to the beach if you’re comfortable crossing busy hwy, but honestly the drive is only a couple of minutes and I found plenty of free parking. The host is very kind and quiet! I will stay again!

Great place, great price, great host
Its a private bedroom/bathroom with private entrance at the rear of the house as described. Quiet and clean. Its like a 1/4 mile maybe a little more to the beach. Great location right off back beach road. Host is really friendly, helpful, laid back, and on site as its in the back of her house. You cant beat the price and location. Probably the most comfortable bed we have slept on in a vacation rental. A+ here! Thanks for letting us enjoy your home at a great price!

Not what I expected
I guess you get what you pay for… that being said the property host was responsive and polite. The walk back to the room was a little tricky. Could be a problem for someone with mobility issues. The room is literally in the back of the host’s house so you can hear them from your room along with the dryer and all of their cooking smells. . The back yard area isn’t very pleasant for deck sitting. You are basically looking at a fence and various personal items. The property was clean and the bed was comfy . The neighborhood was quiet As a solo female traveler I felt safe. Like I said for the price don’t expect a luxury experience.
