Edgewater fav

Edgewater is our favorite resort in PCB. The pool can’t be beat. Other than the pool the parking, location, beach front, etc are all perfect. Larry’s condo has a great view of both the pool and beach. Beds were comfortable, linens were ample, bathrooms very nice, kitchen is small but more than adequate, plenty of seating and a plus was the Roku TV’s.

We loved our stay. Everything was very clean and neat and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was great. Great ocean view, close to pool, hot tub and bar and grill. Would stay again.

Great unit. Communication with owner/manager excellent. Unit is a bit dated but it’s as described and worked just fine for us-family of 5 in town for softball. Beautiful view of the pools/gulf. Proximity to ballparks and attractions is excellent, and it’s right on the beach. Clean and comfortable. Would absolutely rent again.
