I was in Panama solo, as an older woman for 10 days to get my retirement visa. I had a huge, 2 room suite on the 31st floor which was lovely. I had a walk-in closet, huge king size bed, living room, amazing views & a full, delicious breakfast every morning. Coffee & fridge in my room. All for $84 a night. It's walkable & across from a mall. Staff was kind, patient & helpful as I am just learning Spanish. Can't wait to go back!!

This hotel was ok. Although we asked to have our room cleaned, it didnt get cleaned. Finally I had to talk to a supervisor to get our room cleaned. Also the hallways were not cleaned regularly. There was nobody tending to the Spa/Gym area so it was closed most of the time. The Jacuzzi bubbles also did not work. The location for us was good.

I was excited to stay at this property based on the reviews. However, when I arrived on Friday, 01/17/25 my experience was a complete disappointment. My first room had broken furniture, the room appeared as if it was not properly cleaned and/or sanitized. The floor was sticky with black dirt spots, it looked as if no one mopped in days. I immediately went down to see the receptionist 2/3 times to share my concerns and request a new room. The next room also appeared unclean, dusty, and the flooring was the same as the first room. I decided to just stick it out because I was so tired , hungry, and had a long day of traveling. I just wanted to shower at this point. I headed straight to the bathroom of the 2nd room to shower. The bathroom did not have any towels or washcloths. If there are no towels then the room could not have been cleaned properly (which was visible) or checked. I was truly disgusted, tired and experienced a long day. I just wanted to shower at the least. The front desk staff was very accommodating but this was very inconvenient on my first night. I was informed that the manager will be present the following morning so that I can share my concerns. Next morning (Sat) I was informed that he no longer had plans to come in. I spent my entire morning searching for a new hotel instead of experiencing the beauty of Panama for my birthday! I LEFT SAT Morning 01/18/25! I May have to dispute charges with my bank if they won’t refund me,which they said they will do.

I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. It's basically in the city and has a lot of restaurants like burger king, popeyes, little ceasar and more that is walking distance. The staff was extremely friendly and was always quick responsive to guest issues. It was just overall a beautiful stay. The breakfast included was good. Uber and Ubereat was accessible at this hotel due to its city location so drop off was always quick. It was just an overall wonderful experience especially at the hot tub or pool area. The casino connected to the hotel has friendly staff that contributes to the overall experience at the hotel. Albrook Mall is just 15 minutes from this hotel.
